Removing of old water proofing treatment and cleaning the top surface of slab removing dust, foreign material,and removing rubbish off the site to a distance exc. 100 mtr complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 on RCC roof slabs including mixing with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement finishing even and fair to receive water proofing APP membrane complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : WPC shall be deemed to included in quoted rate) .

M&L for water proofing treatment on top of RCC slab/Chajjas as follows:- (a) applying oil based bituminous primer @0.25 Kg/sqm of surface (b) laying 3mm thik APP modified water proofing polymeric membrane by torching method with 100 mm side and end lap having weight not less than 3.50 kg/ sqm , reinforced with non-woven polyster reinforced matt weighing not less than 160 gms/sqm,polyster core having soften point not less than 1500 degrees C, longitudinal tensile strength not less than 650 N/Sqm, (c ) applying a coat of solar reflective aluminium paint @ 0.15 Kg/Sqm on membrane surface including 24 hrs ponding test complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in Charge.

Water proofing treatment to Sunken floor are as under:- (a) Cleaning the surface of any description with wire brush, detecting sources of leakages/seepages and removing/taking down unsound treatment/surface (b) M&L for making holes with drill machine of dia 18 mm for carrying out non-destructive waterproofing treatment to floors, sunken portion of toilet/bathroom and junctions of floor and walls of bath/WC and floor traps (combined unit) by using construction chemical method as hydrophobic PU grouting with first course of injection MDI based PU foam and second course of injection with PU plain all as per manufacturers instruction etc and M&L for fixing the metallic packer for hydrofobic PU foam sealer as per manfracture specification . Note :- (a) The PU foam and PU plain shall have 100% solids and solvant free and shall expand 30-40 times its volume at liquid stage in presence of water, the PU plain injection shall have minimum 100 CPS viscosity and shore hardness minimum 50D. (b) Shall have minimum 100 CPS viscosity and shore hardness minimum 50D. Make: PIDILITE or equivalent makes specified in PS

M&L for tile joint chemical cleaning and re-grouting carefully by washing the existing tile with heavy duty tile cleaner preferbly of M/S Pidilite or equivalent cleaner, again washing with fresh jet water, scratching the joints and filling the same with (white/matching colour) epoxy tile grout of M/s Pidilite, ROFF RTM epoxy or equivalent, or equivalent , curing , cleaning the surface etc, complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for cleaning and removing of all scale dirt etc from tank and from mouth of circulating pipe etc (cleaning should be done with chemical) and hosting reconnecting and re fixing the same in position capacity of tank Exc 500 ltr & n.exc 1000 ltrs all as specified and as directed

Dismantling existing tanks,exc 250 ltr and n exc 500 ltr complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge..

Demolition of stone slabs/flooring of any description laid bedded and pointed any mortar and all as directed.

M&L for Machine cut cudappah stone slab 20-25mm thick over cement screed base, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing (mirror polish) including screed bed or bedding layer 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) for laying floor finishes. complete all as specified

Rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform and other similar situations.

Dismantling of floor hearth or wall tiling including cm bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles in store rubbish of the premises complete

M&L for Non - skid coloured Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) complete.

M&L for Non - skid coloured Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified.

M&L for Non - skid coloured Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified.

M&L for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface 450X300X 6-7mm/200X300X6-7mm mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match including 10 mm thick as in cement CM 1:4 complete.

Material and labour for 25 mm thick plain cement concrete, type B1,(1:2:4), using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in levelling course for receiving floor tiles including demolition of existing PCC floor complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of chequered tiles of any description thickness & size complete all as specified

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames)PVC door, steel windows, ventilators n.exc 1.50 sq.m each and removing from site by the contractor at his own expense complete all as directed.

Supply and fix solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube, supplying & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing. complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and fixing 30mm thick FACTORY MADE MOULDED DOOR SHUTTER ‐ WOOD FREE consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes of 19 gauge thickness and size of 25mm x 25mm for stiles, top and bottom rails. M. S. frame shall have a coat of steel primers. The inner panel shall consist of 25mm thick EPS of Density 23 Kg /Cbm. bonded with 2mm thick termite proof, water proof and fire resistant moulded PVC Sheet Manufactured by an ISO‐9001‐2015 certified company, with 2, 4, 6 raised panel design in different plain and / or prelam colours after routing the Moulded design on one side & 5 mm plain and /or prelam PVC sheet on other side of the EPS. M&L for repair/replacement of sheets of roof of Amritpal Stadium at TB II, BEG & Centre,and connected items are as under:-

(a) M & L for cleaning the total area of top roof of stadium and find out leakage and seepage etc. Removing old existing textile members where is required etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in- Charge. MAKE : Shree Ganesh Enterprises , Pune 412101 or equivalent as approved by GE.

(b) S & F Replacement of 2 mm thick Fibre glass reinforced translucent corrugated sheeting with two corrugations side lap in roof, wall etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in- Charge.

(c) S & F in repair /eplacement of Turbo Ventilator with Fibre glass (Tere sheet 2.00 X 1.00 Mtr size sheet for one turbo ventiletor) reinforced translucent for turbo ventilater etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in- Charge.

(d) M & L in repair Fibre water proof for roofing with M S Sheet joint fiber lapping with waterproof and joints with width not less than 0.30 Mtr etc. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in- Charge. Note : Scaffolding, props as required and approach system from to enable execution of all items of work as may be required of wooden or steel scaffolding complete with necessary support /propping system etc, complete for safe working. The ladder at all the corners of the scaffolding is required for access to any level to carryout the repair works. More detailed specification to be reffered as per standered specification

Complete removal of existing treatment on wall surfaces of any description including brooming down with steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot's , moulds, moss and efflorescence, salts, trading oil and greasy spots etc and applying two coats of Anti Fungal weather proof grade exterior acrylic emulsion paint of approved tint (Apex Ultima Protek Asian paints, Nerolac excel top guard, Berger weathercoat long life 10) over a coat of weather proof primer including filling the cracks etc with crack filling material all as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for Walll care putty of 3 mm thick as in interior / exterior on wall / ceiling surfaces of any description finished smooth and even surfces complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of old painted wooden surfaces of any description exceeding 10 cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description exceeding 10 cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.
