Demolishing brick work manually / bymechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead - in cement mortar

Earthwork in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed , within a lead of 50m - all kinds of soil

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - all work upto plith level - 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - all work upto plith level - 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns,piers, abutments, pillars, posts,struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping,bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc. upto floor five level, excluding the cost of centering ,shuttering and finishing - 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

Centring and shuttering including strutting , propping etc. and removal of form work for - retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses fillets, kerbs and steps etc.Using steel sheet with M.S. farmes

Providing and laying brick block of size0.34 x 0.34 x 0.23 mts . In C.M 1:6 (1 cement : 6 fine sand) using well burnt country bricks of class designation 35 for apron and revetment including levelling the bed, laying to the required levels , slope etc.complete

12mm cement plaster of mix -1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - all work upto plith level - 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacturer on wall surface - water thinnable cement primer

Pointing on brick work or brick flooring with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) - flush / ruled/ struck or weathered pointing

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade - New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg / 10 sqm)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade - One or more coats on old work

fabrication supplying and erection of screw Gearing steel shutters of size up to 1.00m width,made out of 8mm thick Mild steel and 65×65×6mm Mild steel angle for outer frame with each 1no. Of vertical and horizontal stiffeners at equal spacing made out of same section and 8mm Mild steel plate for gusset plate 2Nos. of size of 0.30×0.20M with required bolts and nuts etc., and erection of shutter in position at site with all accessories and conveying and leading the shutter to site. the rate to include dismantling the old from the vent, including the power required conveyance of equipments to site loading of dismantled materials after completion of work,transporting to stores, unloading and stacking. The shutter shall be finished with one coat of anticorrosive black paint over one coat of Red oxide paint. The rate shall include petty civil work and trial operation and all taxes etc., complete.
