Excavation over areas n exc. 1.5m in depth for foundation etc and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete type E-2, 1:5:10 (using 40mm graded crushed stone agg) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete and similar works all as specified and directed.

M & L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks old size bricks straight or curved on plan exc. 6 M mean radius built C.M. 1:6 all as specified

M&L RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in beams, seismic bands, cantilever, lintels over 1.5m span etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L form work to sides and soffits of roof beams, lintels over shelves incl supports over hang etc ruogh finished surfaces of concrete flat all as specified.

M&L form work to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slab landings and similar works n exc 200mm thick (horizontal or slopping) rough finished surfaces of concrete flat all as specified.

M&L form work to edges of concrete flates such as roofs exc 10cm but, n exc 20 cm wide horizontal or slopping and similar work for rough finished surface of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required incl cranking, bending spirally for hoping for columns hooking ends and bindind with ms wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia quality confirming to all as specified.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick/concrete surfaces in CM 1:6, including finishing the surfaces even and smooth, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 in coarse sand mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer instruction , laying over green concrete or old roughened surfaces, finishing the surface even and smooth with out using extra cement , complete all as specified and directed. (WPC measured and paid separately)

Supply only liquid water proofing compound, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying a coat of hot blown bitumen grade 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm on concrete or plastered surface to make the surfaces water proof complete all as dierected.

Returning filling including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n exc. 25cm complete all as directed.

Removing excavated material (soil) exc 1.5Km but n exc 5Km and depositing, where directed at a level n. exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2, (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection/ path laid in alternate panels 75mm thick finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cutting holes into or through brick walls built in cement mortar, superfacial area n exc 150 sqcm and making good in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2::4 type B-1 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F GI tubing medium grade with all fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floor 15mm dia complete all as specified.

S&F non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7-8mm thick (square/ rectangular), area of each tile exc 0.18 Sqm but n exc 0.38 sqm, in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match as in floor over and including 15mm thick screed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7-8mm thick (square/ rectangular), area of each tile exc 0.18 Sqm but n exc 0.38 sqm, in vertical surfaces as in skirting etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over &.incl 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L PCC 25mm thick 1:2:4 of type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in base of floors complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L galzed ceramic coloured tiles 450x350x7mm/ 450x300 x7mm thick, jointfree, on walls etc set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surfaces over &.incl 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 for laying wall tiles etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement Concrete in ground floors and pavings n exe 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed

Taking down cement plaster on brick walls incl. raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 17/18mm thick medium density fibre board with prelaminated decorative face both sides fixed with screw to timber frame work as in cup board shutter / shelves/cabinet fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying two coats of oil bound distemper over and including wall care putty 1.5mm thick including complete removal of existing treatment complete all as specified and as directed.
