Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars and precast concrete articles etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of plain cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description as in PQC floors and taxi link complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete reinforced in any depth/ height (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition ), as in RCC traverse wall etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of existing earthen traverse, depositing the earth obtained at suitable place as directed by GE and transporting the same for forming embankment by any means or methodology.

Excavating over areas, not exceeding 1.5m deep and getting out in any type of soil etc. complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Sl item No 5.00 above but depth exceeding 1.50m but not exc 3.00m

All as per Item no.5 above but depth exceeding 1.5 m but not exceeding 3.0m in soft/disintegrated rock complete all as specified and directed.

Note:- Note for item 4 to 8 : The excavated soil obtained under item No. 4 to 8 shall be kept aside for reuse in embankment under item No 39 to 45 here in after and cost of removal/ keeping aside soil shall be included under quoted rate of item No. 4 to 8

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 Type D-2 (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete etc complete all as specified and directed.

Rolling and consolidating formation surface in cutting/filling to required camber using 8 to 15 tonne earth compactor (power roller) to 98% of modified proctor density at optimum moisture content (OMC) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 200mm thick (in two layers of 100mm thick) GSB grade II as per MORTH specification, surface formed, watered and rammed, rolled and consolidated to required camber and gradient by using earth compactor (power roller) 8 to15 tonne or compaction methodology recommended by soil agency to achieve 98% of maximum dry density (MDD) at OMC determined using modified proctor density determination method as per IS code complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 150mm thick (compacted thickness) WMM in two layers, (each layer 75mm thick) with coarse aggregate specified in MORTH, spread, rolled and consolidated to required camber and gradient complete using mechanical paver/grader and tandem vibratory roller/earth compactor of specified grade as capacity 8 to 15 tonne at OMC to achieve the minimum 98% density of MDD determined using modified proctor density determined method as per IS code complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying 125 mm thick dry lean concrete (DLC) of compressive strength not less than 10 Mpa at 7 days for each consecutive group of 5 cube or individual strength of cube shall not be less than 7.5 Mpa at 7 days using Table 600-1 for grading of aggregate minimum cement content shall not be less than 240 Kg/Cum as per MORTH.IRC specification 49 including spreading and compacted by using mechanical vibratory roller of capacity 8 to 15 tonnes complete all as specified and directed.

Sand cushioning of specified thickness below HDPE sheet over DLC for pavements and underground cable in trenches/ existing cable trenches/ ducts in layers of 8 cm deep before laying the cable and 15 cm deep after laying and stretching the cable complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for high density polythene film (transparent colour) in single layer of 400 micron thickness of virgin quality (as per ASTM D 2103, IS- 2508) laid with side and end overlapping not less than 300mm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for pavement quality concrete (PQC) of thickness 325mm , of flexural strength 45 Kg/ sqcm (lower control limit) in field as per design mix , using minimum 400 Kg/cum and not exceeding 450 Kg/cumof cement including triangular/non circular synthetic fibre reinforcement @ 0.25% by weight of cement including form work for butt nosing, rounding off edges , curing , spread and compacted by using slip form paver complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) The cost of admixture required as per design mix shall deemed to be included in the rate (the constant shall be applied based on design mix). (ii) Polyster triangular/non circular synthetic fibres as secondary reinforcement mixed in concrete shall be measured and paid for separtely under resp-ective item of this schedule. However, mixing shall be deemed to be included in the rate (the constant shall be applied based on design mix). (iii) Construction joints, dummy (contraction joints) and expansion joints shall be measured and paid separately under respective items. (iv) Deduction shall be made in PQC for quantity for expansion joints. (v) Curing compound shall be used for curing. The cost of curing compound shall deemed to be included in quoted rates.

Supply only polyster triangular fibres /non circular fibres (Recron 3S triangular fibre type CT 2012 12mm) having tensile strength 4000-6000 Kg/cm2, designed for melting point more than 250 degree celsius @ 0.25% by weight of cement in controlled pavement quality cement concrete and having specific gravity of 1.34 to 1.40 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour forming construction joint, 25 mm deep and 10 mm wide (using diamond cutter), providing polythene backup rod 12mm dia and sealed with polyurethane sealant (Minimum depth of sealant 12mm), complying with BS: 5212, BS 4254 and EN 41875-2003 priming the sides minimum MAF + 30% with ten years performance guarantee and applying masking tape on edge of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealant on top surfaces and to give a neat finish to the sealant as shown on drawing and removing the masking tape after sealant is applied complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour forming contraction (Dummy) joint, 100 mm deep and 8mm wide (using diamond cutter), providing polythene backup rod 10mm dia and sealed with polyurethane sealant (Minimum depth of sealant 12mm), complying with BS: 5212, BS 4254 and EN 41875-2003 priming the sides minimum MAF + 30% with ten years performance guarantee and applying masking tape on edge of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealant on top surfaces and to give a neat finish to the sealant as shown on drawing and removing the masking tape after sealant is applied complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for forming 25mm thick expansion joint, filled with ressible synthetic filler board for complete depth (using diamond cutter) of joint i.e. the thickness of concrete slab, provision of closed celled polyurathane backup rod 30mm dia, filled with polyurethane sealant (Minimum depth of sealant above backup rod shall be 15 mm), complying with BS-5212, BS 4254 and EN 41875-2003 priming the sides minimum MAF or 30% with ten years performance quarantee and applying masking tape on edges of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealant on top surface and to give neat finish to the sealant all as shown on drawing and removing the masking tape after sealant is applied for thickness of concrete slab 325mm/355mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for finishing concrete pavement by brooming when concrete is green complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for squared rubble walling, Jodhpur type, brought upto courses, well bonded bedded and solidly hearted built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 22 above but except stone. Note : Old stones obtained from demolition item shall be reused under this item.

Material and labour for extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stones and dressing of face beds and joints as specified for squared rubble walling, Jodhpur type, brought upto courses, with maximum depression of face from straight edge held against the dressed surface not excxeeding 20mm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channels/ benching including finishing the top of benching even and smooth using extra cement and forming fair finished channel all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for keyed pointing to squared rubble, coursed or uncoursed stone masonry in CM 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for RCC M-25 (Design mix) using 20mm graded stone aggregates as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for RCC M-25 (Design mix) using 20mm graded stone aggregates as in walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like; any thickness; above top of footings; including attached pilasters and buttresses complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter, for fair finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of formwork to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutbents, parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pillasters,buttresses, etc; vertical or to batter for fair finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, as in reinforcement, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for mild steel TMT bar 10mm dia as in stirrups reinforcement cut to length bent to shape require including cranking, bending, spirally for hooking for columms, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.09mm dia or securing with clips etc complete all specified & directed

Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars 6 to 8mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips etc complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed and not exceeding 1.5 above the ground level complete all as specified and directed. Note- Only surplus earth left after reuse of earth under item No. 39 to 45 shall be removed under this item with in AF area as directed.

(b) Entire earth obtaind from item no. 04 to 08 shall be re-used for forming Embankment under item no. 39 to 45. Additional earth shall be obtained from excavation under item no. 04 to 08 and used for forming embankment. Quoted rate/Percentage under item no. 39 to 45 is deemed to include for the same. nothing extra shall be paid for taking out by excavation and bringing earth obtained from item no. 04 to 08 and using for embankment under item no. 39 to 45. (c) Volume of Earthwork shall be computed using Prismoidal formula and Simpson's Rule formula based on level taken in grid pattern of size 2m x 2m for filled up portion. (d) Deduction of Bulkage from volume of filling (Computed as above) shall be made to 5% using machinary for consolidation and 10% shall be made in case machinary not used for consolidation

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surface of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 80mm dia galvanized steel tubing, light grade, with all fittings and fixed to walls or used as in weep hole complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for loose filling of aggregates 40mm to 63mm size behind weep holes as in invert filters complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for loose filling of aggregates 20mm to 12.5mm size behind weep holes as in invert filters complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying or fixing or passing through GI pipe, commissionng and testing of XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty, electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade of 16 Sqmm 4 Core area including suitable size lugs in and including taking down of old unserviceable cable of any type and size complete all as specified and drected. Note : Excavation & earth work, sand cushioning, bricks protection & GI pipe where required shall be measured & paid separately under relevant items.

Supply, install, test and commission cubicle type CPRI approved LT Panel Board duble door, outdoor type mounted on pedestal factory made, totally enclosed with necessory ventilation weather, dust and vermin proof (also to confirm IP-65 standard), front and rear opening and locking arrangement made of MS angle iron frame work and CRCA sheet of 3.15mm thick as per IS 8623 duly painted with powder coated approved shade after minimum nine tank treatment process. Supply and fixMCB, SP 'C' Series, breaking capacity 10KA, rating 6 to 32 amps, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, fixing connecting of Air circulator fans 230 Volts single phase oscillating type 750mm sweep, 1400 RPM double ball bearing, permanently lubricated wire mesh guard, duly powder coated, rust free, long life suitable for wall mounting and mounting arrangement complete all as specified and directed. Supply and fix foot valve 50mm dia confirming to IS 4083, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix strainer Y- type of size 50mm dia confirming to IS, complete all as specified and directed

Precast cement concrete (1:3:6), type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in solid block mansonry exceeding 10cm, in cement and sand mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.
