Cement Concrete Grade M-15 and above and PCC blocks

Carriage of metarials by machnical transport including loading,unloading and Stacking lead of 1 KM

Providing and laying in position cement concrete including curing compaction etc. complete in specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering all work up to plinth level (A) 1:4.8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregates 40 mm

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete excluding the cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work upto plinth level : M-20 Grade Concrete (1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) -As per design mix)

Brick work F.P.S. Bricks of class designation 75 in foundation and plingth in CM (1:6)

Cement plastering on new surface of wall including (T&P) sacffloding material and complete labour for fixing of material including cost of water and currinng,racking of joints etc. in Cement Mortar (1:6 )
