M&L for provision of powder coated GI frame work(snap grid) suitable for size as in false ceiling of size 605mm x 605mm including fixing 4mm thick gypsum board/E board in ceiling size 60cm x 60cm fixed to metacil snap gird and dismantling wall and ceiling boards or insulation boards/slabs any thickness including cover fillets, consisting of followings and all as directed:-i) Powder coated GI sections incorporated in frame work shall conform to designation 63400 given in IS: 737-1986. ii) The snap grid shall consist of powder coated GI main /cross tee of size 36.5mmx25mmx1.0mm thick and 25mm x 25m x1.0mm thick, respectively. iii) Snap grid frame shall be fixed to ceiling with supporting hangers consisting of S & F 2mm to 4mm dia mild steel GI wire. iv) The main and cross tees shall be jointed at junction/crossings with powder coated GI angle bracket, of size 15mmx15mmx1.0mm thick, fixed with suitable mild steel, bolts, nuts and washers all as per manufacturer’s instructions. v) The snap grid (main/cross tee section) shall be supported at ends all along the wall with powder coated GI angle of size 25mmx25mmx1.0 mm powder coated GI thick. vi) Size of the snap grid shall be 605mm by 605mm. vii) Minimum average thickness of powder coating shall be 15 micron.

M & L for cutting of bushes small trees (Peepal small plants etc) trunks shrubs of any dia and girth from roof projection, chajjas , wall junction parapet etc at any height by necessary demoliton of brick work etc if requried and making good distrubed surfaces to match with existing finishes with and incl application of neccessary chemicals/acids/solution material and labore in CM 1:4 mixed with WPC /PCC 1:3:6 type B0 /Bk work in CM 1:4 as required at site and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Taking down existing water proofing treatment from top of RCC/arch slab, including PCC Padding or plaster or brick bats and hacking the top of RCC slab, cleaning with water and disposal of rubbish off the premises cement all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregates) as in padding on roof finished even and fair without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for 15mm thick cement paster in CM 1:4 mixed with WPC as per the manufacturers instructions finised even and smooth without using extra cement on roof surface when concreate is green and wall (WPC will be measured and paid seperately as supply only rate) complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for cleaning of concrete surfaces and applying priming coat using with bituminous primer @ 0.30kg per Sqm followed by evenly a track coat @ 1.20 kg per Sqm using with 85/25 grade industrial bitumen , over it laid with 3mm thick APP modified polymeric water proofing membrane with non-woven polyester reinforced of weight not less than 3 kg per Sqm unrolled & bonded to substrate with side and end laps 75mm & 100mm as per manufacturer’s instruction and applying over it a tack coat using with 85/25 grade industrial bitumen @ 1.20 kg per Sqm and finally finished the top of polymeric water proofing membrane with a coat of bituminous aluminum paint @ 0.200 kg per Sqm as per manufacturer’s instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connection 15 mm bore pipe and removing from site.

All as per Sl Item No.8 here-in-before but 20 mm bore pipe.

Supplying and laying of CPVC 20mm outer dia pipes (concealed) SDR 11 & Plain CPVC SDR 11, with all fittings (including brass fittings/fixtures) and fixed on walls/ceiling (concealed) or laying in floors complete all as specified

S&F as in repair 15mm bore pillar tap, long shank, swan neck, fancy type, cast copper alloy, with capstan heads, chromium plated, screwed down high pressure with or without lettered ‘Hot’ or ‘Cold’ with long screwed shanks and fly nuts complete all as specified & directed.

S&F as in repair 15 mm bore bib tap long body chromium plated, cast copper alloy, with crutch or butterfly handle, flange, screwed down for iron pipe or for brass ferrule, including all neccessary fittings and fixtures that are required for proper functioning complete all as specified and directed.complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 15 mm dia stop cock/angle cock cast copper alloy chromium plated screwed down high pressure with crutch or butterfly handle, flench screwed both ends for iron or for union complete all as specified and directed.

S&F as in repair vitreous china squatting pan Orissa pattern, size 580 x 440mm, white, with integral footrest, including flushing cistern & flush pipe fixed as in repair with ‘P’ or ‘S’ trap, including making good the disturbed surfaces and to match with existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing as in repair PVC valve less syphonic action type flushing cistern low level white with PVC in let ball valve, float and handle, 10 ltrs capacity and connection to pipes including 32mm dia PVC long bend for squat pattern etc , set with concrete and making good to floor complete all as specified and directed.

S&F as in repair Vitreous China wash basin, white, flat back, size 550 x 400 mm, including fixing acessories like galvanised brackets & rag bolts,32 mm CP waste coupling complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix in repairs chromium plated shower roses with swivel joints of 75mm size complete all as specified & directed.

Supply & fix in repairs PVC connections of 600mm long Make suitable for 15mm dia iron pipe including PTMT nuts complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fix in repairs PVC waste pipes of 40/32mm bore suitable for wash hand basins/sinks complete all as specified & directed.

S&F in reipair CP towel rail brass 20mm dia 600mm long with bracket CP finish complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour vitrified coloured tiles of size 600x600x8-9mm thick, coloured, in floor set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white/coloured cement to match in floor over and including 15mm thick cement screed bed of CM (1:6) including Dismantling of old tiles complete all as specified & directed.

Material & labour non-skid coloured ceramic tiles of size 400x400x7-8mm thick, in floor set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white/coloured cement to match in floor over and including 15mm thick cement screed bed of CM (1:6) including dismantling of old tiles complete all as specified & directed.

Material & labour for glazed coloured ceramic tiles of size 600x300x6-7mm/450x300x6-7mm thick, on vertical surfaces set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white/ coloured cement to match with existing work over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 including dismantling of old tiles complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and saving n.exc. 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 , 75 mm thick (20 mm graded stone aggs) as in sub base/plinth protection including finished surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster from brick walls or concrete surfaces including raking out joints, hacking out for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed and removing rubbish etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in two layers on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces first layers 10 mm thick with cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and second layers 5 mm thick with cement mortar 1:4 with mixing of water proofing compound as per manufacturer’s instructions complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Water Proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately under respective item)

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in patchy on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and fair on walls in cement mortar (1:6), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 05 mm thick on fair faces of concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth on ceiling in cement mortar (1:3), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for three coats of white washing on new ceiling/chajja surfaces including preparation of complete all as specified and directed.

Materials & labour for preparation of newly plastered surface of wall etc and applying two coat of cement base paint, any colour over and including primer to match the existing as required, complete all as specified & directed.

Materials & labour for prepration of new plastered surface and applying one coat of Oil Bound distemper complete all as specified & directed.

S&F Solid PVC Door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm PVC sheet reinforced suitable for solid PVC door suppling & fixing in opening, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails, M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC `C' channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles & plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S frame welded/ sealed to the stiles, & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, & joined together with solvent cement, in the frame at site as per specification & drawing.

Taking down chowkhats or frame not exceeding 1.5 Sq. m each with shutters without taking off shutters from the frame complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Stainless steel butt hinges 100mm in size complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Aluminium, anodized barrel tower bolts of extruded section and fixed, 200 mm long, dia of bolt not less than 10 mm, ISI marked, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F aluminium anodized handle of size 200 mm, ISI marked, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including ridges, Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling timber scantlings 40 sq. cm and over in section, in any position complete all as specified and directed.

S&F rolled mild steel as in roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries,wind tie, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc including notching, drilling, fittings, reveting and / or welding or connecting with bolts and nuts (including revets or bolts and nuts), providing fittings angle cleats, fish plates, gusset plates etc, also for wedging, plumbing, truing up and fixing conf to Fe-410-W (Gde-E-250) quality A complete all as specified and directed.

Supplied and fixed pre- painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with hot dip galvanised self dirilling and self tapping screws neoprene and EPDM washers complete all as specified & directed and as per manufacturer's instructions

M & L repair to overhang portion of chajja, facia, dropwall etc. for continuous work by providing PCC(1:2:4) Type B-0 and finished with CM(1:3) after taking down of damaged portion of RCC work by maintaining same level and finished the surface to match with the existing surface by providing same finish. (Height of work to be considered above 3.5m and upto 7m from FFL of Ground Floor.) (Note:- Neccesary formwork and reinforcement will be supplied and fixed by the contractor and the cost of these are deemed to be included in the rates quoted by the contractor and contractor have to inform the department one day in advance after binding of reinforcement otherwise no payment will be considered on this account)

Supply and fixing in repair 06mm thick hollow PVC wall lining consisting of PVC insulated panels having expended polystyrene (EPS) fitting into the wall by using nail, pvc strips, L, angles etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete and sub base of floor complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of PCC of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for drain etc including removing the same where directed complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
