Supply and fixing in repair of butterfly valve of size 100 mm dia including nut, bolt, washers complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair PVC Sheathed, PVC insulated flat submersible copper cable, water proof best quality of size 3 core, 10 Sqmm, 1100 volts grade for connection to submersible pump set complete all as specified and directed. Make: Finolex/ Havells/ Polycab.

M&L for cutting of all burned winding of motor upto 7.5-10HP, cleaning of all parts and rewinding with new super enameled winding wire copper of suitable/ existing gauge including all insulating materials such as PVC copper cable lead, glass fiber sleeves, cotton tape, insulation paper and applying insulating varnish and heating in heat chamber at appropriate temparature complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair fully automatic star delta starter for submersible pump set of rating upto 20/25 HP, 415 volts, 50 Hz having with sheet metal encloser and relay range 3 phase, 15 to 23 Amps rating alongwith single phase preventer, contactor, panel mounting type complete all as specified. Make: L&T/ Havells/ Schneider.

Material and labour for repairing of leakage of GI tube size from 25 mm bore to 50 mm bore dia at any location and any position by cutting /threading /jointing and including earth work etc incl GI fittings such as tee /socket/ elbow/reducer /nipple or as site requirement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Calcium Hypo Chlorine (55-65%) Chlorine content calcium based granular disinfectant (45 kg sealed drum ) for water treatment, much more stable than Chorine Gas, and stronger than bleaching powder & sodium hypochoride complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Make shall be approved by GE.

M&L for cleaning of internal surface of 10000 Gallons capacity Steel PS OH tank installed at height of 40' to 50' by scraping with brush, rubbing down scales, dirt, sludge etc and washing with clear using bleaching powder/ caustic soda and taking all rubbish from the tank and removing the same to a distance not exe 50 mtr and applying filling compound to fill joint gap internally including the writing of date of cleaning complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Dismantling the water level indicator and supply & fixing float valves at 300mm dia at over head tank of height 40' to 50' and water level indicator, changing the nylon rope of SWR 6 sqmm dia of existing length greasing and repair to rope guide pully including replacement of unsceviceable float ball to make indicator fully functional complete all as specified and directed.

Opening completely pressure filter & oxidation chamber of capacity 10000 GPH and taking out existing filter media (sand, gravells), stainers and nozzles, removing (except serviceable for reuse) and depositing filter media to a distance not exceeding 50 m including necessary repair/welding to make the pressure filter vessels complete leak proof for improving the strength and finally reassembling the pressure filter including filling of new strainer, gravells & sand in existing position duly cleaned complete after replacing worn out gasket and nut bolts and washers complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) New nozzles, stainers, gravells shall be measured and paid seperatley. (ii) Serviceable nozzles, stainers, gravells shall be reuse after cleaning and washing and rate for same is deemed to be included in the item quoted rate.

M&L for prepration of old painted steel/iron surfaces of pressure filter & oxidation chamber by scrapping and cleaning of internal surfaces and applying two coats of black bituminious anti corrosive paint suitable for drinking water and marking the date of cleaning on the body complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for construction of valve pit chamber of internal dimension 90 x 90 x 90 cm with sub class 'B' bricks in CM (1:4) and 10 mm thick plastering in CM (1:4), PCC (1:4:8), type D2 (using 40 mm graded broken stone aggregate) as in foundation lean concrete, PCC (1:3:6) type CI (using 20 mm graded broken stone aggregate) as in bedding and copping MS frame with 40 x 40 x 6 mm angle iron 5 mm thick MS sheet cover plate with locking arrangements, hinges and two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer including preparation of surface, three coats of white wash on plastered surface (exposed to view) including necessary excavation in soft/ loose soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m complete including dismantling of old all as specified and and directed.

Chemical Analysis (Turbidity,PH Total Hardness, Iron, Chloride, Suplhates, Fluorides, Nitrates , Calcium, Arsenic) of Raw water( before filteration) and filtered water (after filteration) for Pump Houses No A & B at 21 FBSU AF Dinjan from government labortory or NABL accredited labortory as per IS 10500 on quarterly basis, including collection of water sample and arrangements for sending the water to labortory,for testing and submission of the test report complete all as specified and directed. Note: For set of one borewell ( both after and before treating ) will be measured as one job and testing will be carried out on quarterly basis for each Pump House.

Supply and fixing in replacement of PVC insulated and PVC round sheathed, copper conductor industrial cable 1.5 sqmm, 1100 volts grade, three core of copper conductor for connection of street light/ flood light/ post top lantern/ garden lights etc. fittings on pole/ wall/ pillar/ from over head conductor / junction box / DB including termination clip complete in all respect complete all as specified & directed.

Carrying out routine, preventive maint & servicing of DG set of under mentioned capacity, Make: Kirloskar/Cumins in all respect like checking of diesel engine, multi cylinder and all safety devices, control panel by service engineer / service technician of any reputed service center/ auth service center of OEM periodicaly or on requirement basis and replacement of unserviceable spare parts/ accessories including calibration of control devices/ refitting of serviceable parts after cleaning/ servicing including minor consumables accessories like cotton, waste cloth, kerosene oil etc including draining of oil dust from foundation/ base plate complete all as specified and directed for the following under mentioned DG set:- (a) Check clearance of suction and exhaust valves including adjust, if required. (b) Changing of oil filter, fuel filters, water filter,screen filters assy, air filter etc. (c) Topping up of coolant & changing of hydraulic governer oil. (d) Tightening of all nut bolts including greasing of all points. (e) Checking of any leaking in fuel tank and oil lines. (f) Adjusting valve tappet clearance/timing, injector pressure test, cleaning and repairing,,tightining fasteners and making lubrication leak proof. (g) Repair/ rewiring of broken/ damaged control panel connection including measuring instruments, indicators, engine protection devices etc. Note . (a): Labour charges for dismantling/ taking down and replacement/ refixing parts as and when required is deemed to be included in unit item quoted rate. (b): Spare parts like oil filter, fuel filter, water filter, screen filter by pass filter, air filter etc will be measured and paid separately.
