Safe Carriage of 9/11 Mtr ST pole/PCC Pole from Dump site to pit site.

Fabrication errection of sub station type double pole on ST pole along with fixing of necessary clamp ,accessories required including supply and fixing of MS channel on top dropper with arrangement of fixing of 3 Nos pin insulator as per respo specification ,making 11 KV Busbar by single core PVC .Only pole and pin with insulator clamp nutbolt provided by department.

Fabrication and fixing of V-Type x-arm on existing single/double pole mounting of insulator and making section for bifurcation of feeder only x-arm and insulator provided by department.

Laying of LT Cable 1x240/400/630 sqmm with suitable size of Al lug all material provide by department.

Hoisting of LT Cable on pole through GI Pipe requied size clamping on pole only cable provided by department

Proper Jumpering of LT Cable on O/H Line.

Making 11KV Bus bar on newly erected Double pole and tapping of 11KV line.

Prepare proper space for construction of plinth.

Construction of T/F plinth of size 2x2x1.2 Mtr with first class bricks and massonary work in the ratio 1:4cement and course sand fiiling of structure completely as per norms with RCC Top 1:2:2 cement sand and course sand stone gritt with MS bar and MS chaanel for resting of T/F.All material provide by contractor exept T/F.

Fabrication and fixing of wiremesh fencing around the11/0.4KV T/F and DP Box made as per require-ment 2mtr height 45x45x5 mm angle frame and 1 No horizontal runner by 40x5 mm MS flat then welding of wiremesh on it 50x25mm made of 12 SWG ,diagonal bracing of all the frame panel welded with MS flat 25x3mm support,groutin properly by cement concrete and course sand all material provided by contractor.

Fabrication and fixing of DP box stand made of MS Angle ,grouting and plinthing of the same all material provided by contractor.

Fabrication and fixing of Metalic Distribution Pillar box on stand with Nut bolt made of 20 SWG BP Sheet with door 18 SWG BP Sheet ,with fixing of 2 Nos MS Angle for mounting of Fuse unit then fixing of fuse unit 500 Amp 650 Volt and 3 Nos copper Bus Bar and 1 No Al Busbar all material arrange by contractor.

Laying of 11 KV cable 3 x70 sqmm in pukka road by digging of trench upto 1 Mtr Deep putting cable boxing with bricks and sand refilling of earth and proper ramming.

Dismantling of 250 KVA T/F by opening of all the HT/LT Connection and its carriage upto JE Dump store /Central Store.

Installation of 33 KV VCB complete work with making earth connection ,earth mat,earthing with GI strip 50x6mm including control wiring ,commissioning & testing only VCB provided by department.

Dismantling of damaged 33 KV Bus Isolator from struc-ture after opening from supply system.

Assembling and installation of isolator adjusting of opening mechanism in proper alignment to ensure smooth operation.

Fabrication of Isolator Structure3.5 Mtr height digging of two No pits of size 1.075x0.9x0.3 mtr providing stone pad at the bottom of the pit and grouting of two legs of the structure in CC (Cement, course sand and stone gritt )of the ratio 1:4:8 in block of of 1.075x0.3 mtr including all civil material, T&P complete in all respect .The work includes dragging ,shifting ,erecting of 2 legs with runner on proper alignment and level and plumb .Both plinth of the isolator structure shall be properly finished with smoothing of edges.

Panting of all the structure by two coat of red oxide and two coat of Al enamel paint.

Making 33KV Busbar by using 33KV Disc insulator with Disc fitting and Panther Conductor.

Shifting carefully 33KV Control panel from out side to control room including fixing,bolting,& grouting.

Proper connection of 33 KV Copper control Cable from panel to incoming VCB ,earthing ,testing and commissioning only VCB provide by department rest all material and labour provided by contractor.

Chemical type earthing 3 Mtr long backfill compound betonite its connect by GI Strip 32x5 mm with DP Box and Wiremesh Fencing, All material provided by contractor.

Construction of Plinth for RMU of size 1.5x1x1 Mtr with help of first class Bricks and massonary in the ratio 1:4 cement and sand coarse ,filling the structure of size 2 feet hight completely as norms with RCC Top 1:2:2 cement sand and course sand stone gritt with MS bar and MS chaanel for resting of RMU.All material provide by contractor exept RMU.

Earthing of RMU unit with the help of neccessory equipment, All material provide by contractor.

Making Tin shed complete with channel and roofs Grouting of RMU Unit.
