Providing G.I. pipe/ M.S pipe of various sizes on rental basis for a period (14 days) (18.66 x 14= 261.24).

Materials and labour for the constructioin of Temporary stall of size 2.5 mtr x 4.00 mtr using sutli for tie on each junction of pipe, Bamboo & Ballies including the cost of transportation and laying of tarpuline from Tehsile Office, Lucknow about 8.00 km, dismantling after Subash Mela and returining to Tehsil Office excluding the cost of pipes, Bamboo & Ballies etc.

Temporary Stall 2.50 mtr x 4.00 mtr

Temporary Stage for Republic Day to be constructed after 9 pm of the 25th January 2024 and to be dismantled by 11 AM of 26th January 2024.

Supplying and use of Bamboo to be collected from Austin Creek and transportation by Mechanical transport from a distance of 15.00 Km including the cost of cutting, collection, loading, transportation, unloading, payment of Rayalty to Forest Department on rental basis for a period (14 days).

Providing and fixing of flex materials with printed scenary on the frame work made up of buttons using 3" x 1 1/2 " and plywood (Timber work shall be on rental basis) including labours

Providing and fixing decorative ceiling made up of cloth with design as per the approval of Engineer-in-charge including use and removal of ceiling on rental basis from for period of 09 days including labours.

Providing and fixing artistic design made up of Termacol up of 25mm with colour glue on the back stage including labours.

Supplying and use of 3" diameter of bamboo post in size of 2.80 mtr. length from Lucknow village and cutting, felling in size and transportation of materials from Lucknow village to Mayabunder Netaji Ground including loading and unloading (09 days) & fixing etc complete.

Carriage of drinking water by water tanker to the food stall on daily for 07 days @ 24000 ltrs daily for lead of 8.00 km (7 x 24000 = 168000 ltrs)

Providing and fixing PVC Tarpauline sheet of good quality without any defects/damages with size 15' x 15' from standard manufacturer, placing in position to cover 2 units and tieing with the existing frame work on rental basis (10x50= 500 Nos.)

Wiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed medium class PVC conduit, with piano type switch, phenolic laminated sheet, suitable size M.S. box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm. FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc. as required.

Wiring for light/ power plug with 2X4 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit alongwith 1 No. 4 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable for loop earthing as required.

Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring alongwith earth wire with the following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit as required.

Supplying and fixing metal box of 150mm X 75mm X 60mm deep (nominal size) on surface or in recess with suitable size of phenolic laminated sheet cover in front including providing and fixing 3 pin 5/6 A socket outlet and 5/6 A piano type switch, connections, painting etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing metal box of 180mm X 100mm X 60mm deep (nominal size) on surface or in recess with suitable size of phenolic laminated sheet cover in front including providing and fixing 6 pin 5/6 & 15/16 A socket outlet and 15/16 A piano type switch, connections, painting etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing 3 pin, 5 A ceiling rose on the existing junction box/ wooden block including connections etc. as required.

Installation ,Testing, Commissioning of wall bracket /ceiling fittings of all sizes and shapes containing upto two GLS/CFL/LED lamps per fitting, complete with all accessories including connections etc. as required.

Installation, testing and commissioning of pre-wired, fluorescent fitting / compact fluorescent fitting of all types, complete with all accessories and tube/lamp etc. directly on ceiling/ wall, including connections with 1.5 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated, copper conductor, single core cable and earthing etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing following way, single pole and neutral, sheet steel, MCB distribution board, 240 V, on surface/ recess, complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar, interconnections, powder painted including earthing etc. as required. (But without MCB/RCCB/Isolator)

Supplying and fixing 5 A to 32 A rating, 240/415 V, 10 kA, "C" curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Single pole

Supplying and fixing following rating, double pole, 240 V, isolator in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing the service of tuning lights (hire charges only) including installation, testing and commissioning and dismantling after completion of SUBHASH MELA 2024 at Mayabunder. Area - 1) Tuning light from AC Bungalow to APWD Guest House, Mayabunder (both side) 750Nos (08 Mtrs each) 2) Tuning light from main gate guest house to guest house building (both side) 200 Nos.
