Dismantling wood work in frames boards/planks, trusses, purlins and rafters up to 10 meters span and 5 meter height including stacking the material withiin 50 meters lead: Thickness above 25mm upto 40mm

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix i/c equivalent design mix

Making and fixing frames for walls, ceilings, weather boards doors, windows by means of wire nails etc. All complete as per the direction of Engineer - in -charge

Providing and fixing upto floor five level precast cement concrete hollow block, including hoisting and setting in position with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), cost of required centering, shuttering complete 1:11/2:3 (1 cement : 11/2 coarse sand (zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).

Steel reinforcement for RCC work including straightening,cutting,bending,placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more (8mmq)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc and removal of form for :

Shelves (cast in situ)

Walls (any thickness) including attched pilasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses etc.

Re inforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15 degree landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircasesand spiral stair cases aboce plinth level upto floor five level, excluding the cost of centering,shuttering,finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 ( 1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

Proving and laying in position cement concrete of specific grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering- All work upto plinth level 1:2:4 (( 1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

12mm cement plaster of mix 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Providing and fixing Stainless Steel A ISI 304 (18/8) kitchen sink as per IS:13983 with C.I brackets and stainless steel plug 40mm, including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls wherever required : Kitchen sink without drain board 470x420mm bowl depth 178mm

Providing and fixing White vitreous china water closet squatting pan (indian Type) along with "s" or "P" trap including dismantling material i/c malba, all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. Orissa pattern W.C Pan of size 580x440mm

Providing and fixing PVC waste pipe for WC Fittings upto septic tank (100mm)

Providing and fixing PVC waste pipe for bathroom (75mm)

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised- PVC moulded fittings/accessories for unplasticised rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS:13592 Type-A, including jointing with seal ring confirming to IS:5382, leaving 10mm gap for thermal expansion
