Make shift arrangement for testing of WSS Migrant Colony Zewan on 6.6 KV HT line Of Sub Division Peripheral.

Shifting of 250KVA, 6.6KV HT transformer from WSS Baginder Lasjan to WSS Migrant Colony Zewan, for testing of Electro-Mechanical equipments. The job involves: - a. Disconnecting of 250KVA, 6.6KV HT transformer from HT Electrical system, by utilising skilled labour, tools and tackles etc, to be arranged by the firm. b. Loading of 250 KVA, 6.6KV HT transformer in a private vehicle at WSS Baginder Lasjan to be arranged by the contracting firm and then shifting the same to the WSS Migrant Colony Zewan. c. Disconnecting of 63KVA, 6.6KV transformer which is presently installed at WSS Zewan Bala, the job includes its lowering, shifting and storing at site. d. Installation of 250KVA, 6.6KV HT transformer on transformer bed to be fabricated as reflected at item no.2. e. Disconnecting and shifting back of 250KVA, 6.6KV HT transformer to WSS Baginder Lasjan after testing of electromechanical equipments in a private vehicle to be arranged by the contracting firm and installing back the 63KVA, 6.6KV transformer to its original place at WSS Migrant Colony Zewan. The Job is inclusive of cost provision for meeting out any damage to the HT transformer during shifting and installation. The firm has to affect the same without any further cost. Besides cost on account of P/F minor items viz insulators, dropout set etc are included in the cost.

Fabrication of MS Pedestal for resting of 250 KVA HT transformer during testing of WSS as per following details given below: I. 100 mm dia B-class GI pipe = 7.5 ft x 4 =30ft II. MS plate 12mm thick = 1.5ft x 1.5ft x 4 = 9 sq ft III. MS channel ISMC 75 = 33ft IV MS chequered plate 5mm thick = 32 sq ft
