M & L for Disconnecting and Servicing of Transformer of rating 1000 KVA transformer,11 KV / 433 V Dry type Transformer with OLTC Service (Air cooled), disconnecting all Internal Connections of HT/LT Side for Periodical Maintenance, air blowering, Nut bolt tightness, Core Clamp Tightening, Cleaning with CTC HT and LT Insulator etc. and then after asembling to all complete all as specified and as directed. Protection Check :- WTI Alarm, WTI Trip and Door Open Trip Check. M & L for Disconnecting and Servicing LT ACB of capacity 800 Amps to 2000 Amps by disconnecting from the busbar and cleaning with air blowering CRC, CTC, Grease, B nut-bolt tightening replacing all unserviceable parts of finger contact with male female set and wiring with new copper conductor cable of 2.5 sq mm. Replacing the U/S mechanical spring system, fixed and moving contacts, replacement of bearing of spring charge motor. complete all as specified and directed. Note : Replacement of spares such as Selector switch, fixed Arc contact, moving Aec contact, Auxiliaey, motor Mechanism, control Fuses HRC type paid seperetely and all the items mentioned below are tentative and may vary in specification and quantity during execution

S&F in repair of Fixed Arc Contact- 3 pole suitable for existing ACB Panel as per existing make complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair of Moving Arc Contact- 3 pole suitable for existing ACB Panel as per existing make complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair of Auxiliary contact 4 No+ 4 NC suitable for existing ACB Panel as per existing make complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair of Motor Mechanism for 800 Amps ACB suitable for existing ACB Panel as per existing make complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair of Control Fuses HRC type 2 to 10 Amps suitable for existing ACB Panel as per existing make complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for servicing/calibration of IDMT Relays, Calibration of Secondary Injection Test and Primary Injection Test with High Voltage, CT Ratio Test, CT Polarity Test, CT continuity test complete all as specified and directed. NOTE :- Contractor will submit test report.

Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of 30V/5A SCR controlled Float Cum Boost Battery Charger unit including battery bank comprising 2 Volts/100 AH Cells-15 Nos sealed maintenance free battery. The CCCV battery charger consisting of copper wound, air cooled transformer, 01 Set single phase full wave bridge rectifier consisting of diodes and SCRs, liberally rated mounted on heat sink and complete with resistor/condenser network for automatic changeover shall take place from float mode to boost mode and vice versa, 01 Set of solid state constant potential controller to stabilize the output voltage of the float cum boost charger, 01 No electronic controller,DC digital ammeter, DC digital voltmeter, Potentiometer, DC, MCB for reverse battery protection.surge suppression. During auto float mode The charger should have alarm annunciation with visual and audible alarm with manual reset facility for fuse fail alarm. Float cum boost battery charger and DC distribution board shall be housed in powder coated sheet steel cubicle with panels of 1.6mm thickness, louvers for ventilation, gland plate will be provided for cable entry from bottom.The battery charger shall be divided into two compartments. The upper compartment shall house the battery charger & DCDB with all necessary controls, the lower compartment shall be suitable for housing the batteries, complete all as specified and directed. M & L for Disconnecting and Servicing of 11 KV 630-800 Amp VCB Panel with CT Chamber, PT Chamber and Busbar Chamber Cleaning, Airblowering clean and nut-bolt tightening,and reassembling, testing and commissioning etc. of any make as required to complete all as specified and directed. Note : Replacement of spares such as space heater, CT ratio, LED indicator, spout insulator, Bus Bar insulator, breaker charging motor,Trip coil, Release coil paid seperetely and all the items mentioned below are tentative and may vary in specification and quantity during execution
