Taking up old UNSV CI/DI pipe incl all fittings with spigot and socket ends and lead joint of size 100mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No. 1.00 here-in-before but of size 150mm bore.

Supply, laying and testing of Ductile iron pipe (Conforming to IS: 8329-2000), Centrifugally Cast (Spun) Pressure Pipe with Socket and Spigot ends suitable for Push-on-Joint incl jointing material, duly applied with Zinc Coating with finishing layer of Bitumen on external surfaces and Cement Mortar Lining with Bituminous Seal Coat on internal surfaces complete of size 100mm bore class K-9 laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed .

All as per Item No. 4.00 here-in-before but of size 150mm bore.

Supply and fix in replacement of Cast Iron sluice valve of size 80mm bore, having pressure rating PN 1.6, double flanged, non-rising stainless steel spindle with iron wheel conforming to IS:14846-2000 with jointing material ie new rubber gasket, nuts & bolts, washer etc of suitable size and taking down old unserviceable sluice valve complete all as specified and directed. Note : Material will be accepted and allowed to incorporate in the work only after production of proper purchase voucher from authorised dealer and test certificate from the manufacture.

M&L for GI water tubing, medium grade, ISI marked, with and including all fittings i.e. bend, tee, elbow, reducer, union, nipple etc as per site requirement laid in trenches, of size 40mm bore complete as specified and directed. Note : 1. The excavation & earthwork shall be measured & paid for separately. 2. The cost of all type of GI fitting i.e. bend, tee, elbow, reducer, union, nipple etc is deemed to be included in quoted rates.

S&F Gun-metal gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe including taking down existing unserviceable gate valve of any description of size 40mm bore complete all as directed.

M&L for dismantling old unserviceable valve pits of any size and constructing of full brick masonary pits of internal dimensions 1mtr x1mtr x1.2 mtrs (bottom PCC floor of the pit should be minimum 30 cms below the bottom surface of sluice valve flange to provide sufficient working space), bottom floor of the pit be constructed in PCC (1:3:6) 15 cms thick with 20 mm stone aggregate, inner and exposed surfaces and bottom floor of the pit should be plastered in CM (1:4) 15 MM thick. The sluice valve and other fittings should be housed in center of the pit. the vertices of the pit should in right angle and champhered .The top cover of the pit will be made out of MS sheet min 6mm thick with angle iron frame made out of MS angle 50mm x 50 mm x 6 mm with MS hinges two nos, and locking arrangements duly painted with two coats of water resistant synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Plain cement concrete, type B-2 ( 1 : 2: 4), (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for brick masonry with old size Fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified.

M&L for cutting of existing road / hard standing up to 15 cm depth for laying of pipes, and making good the disturbed surfaces by providing PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 after laying of pipes and returning filling of soil, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Excavation and earth work below road / hard standing will be measured and paid under relevant items.

M&L for ductile iron fittings suitable for CI/DI pipe of size 80mm to 300mm bore and any type, class K-12, such as Bends (any type, radius and angle), tapers any type (straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc), Tee pieces (single branch, "Y" junction, double branch, cross etc), caps and plugs etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fabricating and fixing of MS clamp, base frame for pumping set/ on OHT cover, supports, bracing, stiffness etc made out of MS channel, MS sheet, angle iron, flat iron of any size including drilling of holes with and including gasket, nuts & bolts with washers etc, as required, including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m deep and getting out in any type of soil for laying pipes etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.
