Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 250 KVA Diesel Generator Set with necessary civil foundation in acoustic enclosure confirming to latest enviromental protection regulations for emmission and noise levels complete with diesel engine along with required AVM pads, rated 1500 RPM , water cooled, electric start, turbo charged, after cooled confirming to the latest standard coupled with alternator of 400 KVA rating, brushless, self excited, self regulated,minimum Class H insulation and suitable for continuous operation at 1500 RPM, generating 415 +/- 5% volts at 0.8PF (lag) 50Hz, 3 phase, 4 wire system. Both engine and alternator shall be mounted on common channel iron fabricated base frame, with suitable accessories such as two nos of 12V,180 Ah, LEAD acid Batteries alongwith leads, battery stand, intregral fuel tank, fuel piping from fuel tank to engine, residential silencer with flexible coupling and exhaust pipe length as required as per site requirement, cable termination box suitable for termination of 2 runs 3.5 x 240/300 sq.mm armoured aluminium cables etc as required and as per specifications.

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Automatic Mains Failure Control Panel suitable for 250 KVA DG Set with By Pass arrangement, Power contactor of suitable capacity as per full load ampere rating of alternator for the mains and alternator supply, suitable size of copper/aluminium bus bars of rated capacity, control relays, battery charging circuit suitable for charging 2 nos.12V,180Ah lead acid batteries, meters, indicators etc including making interconnections as required. The set shall be capable to deliver and transfer full load within a switch over time of 5 to 15 seconds complete etc as required.

Design, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of TTA Type LT panel of approx. size 2200(H)X 4500 (W)X 600 (D) (to be assembled with existing bus duct panel), made out of 14 SWG CRCA sheet steel, totally enclosed, IP 52 protection, free standing, floor mounting,Single front, dust and vermin proof ,compartmentalised,non draw out, extensible on both end. Degreasing, phosphating, water rinsing-7 tank process powder coated painting inside & outsidde- Siemens gray-RAL-7032 suitable for operation on 3 Phase and neutral, 415V, 50 Hz AC supply system with busbars extensible on both sides, interconnections with suitable size of copper/ solid aluminium strips, control circuit with breaker control switch , digital type ammeter and voltmeter,LED type indicating lamps, CT's, all incoming feeders with true rms value sensing class 1.0 multifunction power cum energy meters as below,castle type interlocking between incomers and bus couplers and having following Incomers,Bus couplers and Outgoing Moulded Case Circuit breakers,continous GI earth bus of size 50mm x 6 mm throughout the length of panel with earth terminations at the ends ,cable alleys suitable for bottom entry of cables and 2 sets of 1000 A existing Bus duct entry at top of the panel, including supply & installation of all items as below and as per detailed specifications: As per Tender Document SOQ Item No 3

Laying and fixing of one number XLPE armoured power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on cable tray as required. 3.5 Core, 300 Sq.mm

Supplying and installing following size of perforated pre painted M.S cable trays with perforation not more than 17.5 %, in convenient sections,joined with connectors and fixed on 25mmx25mmx3 mm angle supports duly grouted on the wall/floor with proper support etc complete as required. 300 mm width x 62.5 mm depth x 2.0 mm thickness

Earthing with copper earth plate 600mm x 600mm x 3mm thick, including accessories and providing masonary enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc.with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Earthing with GI earth plate 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick, including accessories and providing masonary enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Supply & fixing of 50 mm x 6mm copper strip in 65mm dia B- Class GI pipe from earth electrode as required.

Providing & fixing of 50mm x 6mm copper strip on surface or recess for earth connection as required.

Providing & fixing of 25 mm x 5mm GI strip in 40mm dia B- Class GI pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.Inut,bolt,spring washer,excavation and refilling etc as required.

Providing & fixing of 25mm x 5mm GI strip on surface or recess for earth connection as required.

Making, Supplying and Fixing of Single line diagram of Complete power supply distribution system of Power House on flex board of appropriate size and display the same in LT Panel room complete as per actual.

Dismantaling and shifting of existing Non- Essential LT Panel along with accessories, components, etc. from its existing location at Dimapur Airport and keeping it as per direction of EIC.
