M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of outdoor/indoor type power / distribution transformers and painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved colour using spray painting machine / spay gun through out externally and writing machine number in white colour on black background complete all as specified and directed for following rating of transformers:-

Disconnecting the defective transformer of any rating from HV side, LV side and earthing connections and carefully shifting the trolley mounted mobile type transformer of capacity 400 KVA from one location to other location within the nowgong cant with the help of tractor or any suitable means of transportation and making all HV, LV and earthing connections and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of breather assembly complete with new silica gel and fixing accessories suitable for following rating of existing transformers of any make:-

Power transformer upto 5 MVA, 33 KV / 11 KV

Distribution transformer up to 500 KVA, 11/0.433 KV

Supply and replace silica gel into the breathers of power / distribution transformers of any capacity and make complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m depth and getting in hard / dense soil for laying of cables complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in trenches including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated material to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and spread M-sand in trenches for cushioning of cable/in yard complete all as specified and directed. Note: Punned down thickness only shall be measured for the purpose of payment.

Material & Labour for cutting of existing road / hard standing up to 15 cm depth for laying of pipe lines / cables and making good the disturbed surfaces by providing PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) after laying of pipes lines and returning filling of soil, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Excavation and earth work below hard standing will be measured and paid under relevant items.

Note: Excavation, earth work and provn of cable covers / protection pipe etc shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items.

Supply and fix in replacement of MCCB 100A, 25KA, 4 Pole with fixed thermal magnetic release mounted in MCCB sheet steel enclosure including spreader terminals and connecting up with suitable lugs complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of MCCB, 160 A, 3 Pole, 36 KA (Ics=100%Icu), 415 V, 50 Hz, with adjustable thermal magnetic release along with busbar spreader terminal plates including taking down existing unserviceable MCCB of any description complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of MCCB, 250 A, 3 Pole, 36 KA (Ics=100%Icu), 415 V, 50 Hz, with adjustable thermal magnetic release along with busbar spreader terminal plates including taking down existing unserviceable MCCB of any description complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted surfaces of HT / LT steel poles and painting with one coat of aluminium paint on all steel surfaces such as poles, channels, angles, clamps, nuts, bolts and washers of any description and Zebra marking on pole with black paint up to one meter height above PCC coping including pasting of radium reflector band / strips (Make: 3M or equivalent) of 5cm wide in Green (02 Nos) & White (01 No.) colour shall be provided at a height of 1.25mtr from coping of pole and writing the pole number in black colour on yellow background at a suitable place on the pole including applying one coat of snow cem on PCC coping of pole complete all as specified and directed.

Design, fabricate, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of outdoor type cubicle panel board compartmentalized suitable for 3 phase 4 wire, 415 Volts, 50 Hz, AC supply system as per latest IS / IEC standards & regulations, factory fabricated in an approved factory having modern fabrication facilities, made out of CRCA sheet steel of 3mm thick for outer shell and 2mm thick for inner shell with front and rear openable double leaf doors with two point locking arrangement i.e. locking system with handle up & down arrangement & pad-locking facility. Complete panel board shall be applied with power coat painting of approved shade duly pretreated with seven tank process and suitable packing material for IP-54 degree of protection and including provision of 50mmx50mmx6mm angle iron base frame of suitable size for mounting the panel board with a minimum ground clearance of 600mm above GL to the bottom of panel including PCC foundation with PCC 1:3:6, type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate. Detachable gland plates including double compression stainless steel cable glands of suitable size shall be provided for all incoming and outgoing cables. Steel plate Danger Notice Boards(02 Nos) LT 415/440 Volts, and manufacturer's name plate shall be riveted on external doors of feeder pillar box. The size of panel board shall not be less than 1250mm x 1250mm x 450mm (outer dimensions) for accommodating and including provision of following switchgear, control gear and accessories including internal wiring complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) The Contractor shall submit set of all drawings of the L.T. Panel and its components in duplicate and get the same approved from GE before commencement of production. M&L for pruning of tree branches up to 2.0 meter clearance all around HT/LT overhead lines and depositing where directed at a distance not less than 50m complete all as specified and directed. Note: The item will be measured in span length between poles. The approx span length is 50m.

Supply and fix in replacement of Stay assembly with 16mm dia stay rod and all accessories as shown in electrical plate No 1 complete all as specified and directed. Note: Loop type insulator, stay clamps, stay wire, excavation and concrete measured separately.

Supply and fix in replacement of Galvanized stay strand, 7/3.15mm including proper tightening to required tension complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of Loop type insulator, vitreous porcelain, white, brown or green Small size, with overall dimensions 65 x 90mm, clearance of hole 16mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations of pole/ stay assembly complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully any type of copper/aluminium point wiring (light,fan, socket or power) complete including conduits/casing caping with fittings such as switches,ceiling roses, pendents,regulators,bells, sockets, tube light fittings etc, removing the materials/debris and making good the disturbed surface of walls & floors etc to match with the original existing finish complete all as specified and directed.

M&L point wiring for one light point with 1.5 Sqmm FRLS insulated, unsheathed, multistranded, 1100 Volts grade copper conductor cable single core conforming to IS:694 along with one run of 1.5 Sqmm FRLS insulated copper conductor cable green in colour for continuous earthing drawn through and including medium grade rigid PVC conduit conforming to IS:9537 (Pt-III) and its all accessories/junction boxes/ inspection covers etc of suitable size but not less than 20mm(OD), concealed in wall/ floor etc including provision of pressed steel terminal box of thickness not less than 18 SWG with earth dolly of suitable size concealed in wall and covered with 3 mm thick phenolic laminated hylam sheet fixed with brass screws for mounting switches, sockets, fan regulator, etc controlled by one switch complete all as specified and directed. Taking down Ceiling fan of any size carefully, dismantling blades and Cutting and removing of old burnt/damaged winding, cleaning of slots and other parts and rewinding the ceiling fan motor with super enameled copper winding wire of existing gauge with suitable class of insulation, applying varnish, heating, drying, assembling, including replacement of bush/bearings, rubber seal, ms split pin, down rod, and testing for satisfactory performance and refixing after repair in its existing or new location and connecting up including provision of cable from ceiling rose or connector to ceiling fan and testing for satisfactory functioning complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 69 above but for exhaust fan/desert cooler motor of any size complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully the electric storage type water heater of capacity up to 50 ltrs from its installed position by disconnecting all water and electric supply connections for necessary repairs, opening the geyser carefully, identifying and replacing the defective parts, reassembling and reinstalling in its existing location or new location and testing for proper functioning complete all as specified and directed. Note: The spare parts required shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items as "Supply Only".

Supply only copper heating element 1500 Watts / 2000 Watts of any type suitable for existing model of geyser 25L/50L complete all as specified and directed.
