Dismantling of old rusted/damaged barbed wire from fencing post upto 3 mtr height all as specifed as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc

M&L Providing cement concrete, type B2 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) as in coaping, lintel upto 1.5 mtr long, plinth course, post, footing etc..

M&L for Brick work with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in 1:6 cement mortar.

M&L for flat formwork to sides of concrete columns, side of soffits (if any) and similar work including coaping sides all as specified as directed.

M&L for flat Formwork to edges of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors, window cills, concrete railings, openings in concrete walls, floor and roofs n exc 20 cm thk and sides of RCC/PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and similar work exc all as specified as directed.

M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, in 1:4 cement mortar including finished even and smooth without using extra cement.

M&L for applying two coat of coloure wash over and after preparation and a coat of primer on newly untreated plastered surfaces of wall all as specified as directed.

M&L for mild steel for including screwing bolts, post and stuts, cutting tops to shape, drilling holes, notching for wire etc. all as specified as directed.

M&L for Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured)

M&L for GI concertina coil 600 mm dia (50 turn/coil) expendable 6 to 8 mtr fixed on angle iron frames over RCC brick wall all as specified as directed.

M&L for applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer (red oxied) over and after preparation of untreated steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or grith all as specifiead as directed.

M&L for applying two coat of coloure wash over and after preparation of exisitng treated surfaces after removing of old treatment all as specified as directed.
