Repairs to Pot Holes any depth not exceeding 1.00 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scouring sunken surfaces in roads path etc cutting edges at least 25 mm depth and making good by applying tack coat with bitumen @ 5 Kg/ Ten Sqm, putting in premix biluminous macadam using paving bitumen of grade VG 30 well rammed and sealed with binder 9.80 Kg per 10 Sqm blinded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings 6.3 mm size and again well rammed incl, supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings, depth of pot holes exc 30 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Biluminous Premixed Semi-Dense Asphaltic Concrete 40 mm consolidated thickness with minimum 5.5% binder (Paving Bitumen any penetration) content by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient over and including priming/Tack coat with bitumen primer using paving bitumen VG-10 @5KG/10 sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Bituminous Premixed Semi-Dense Asphaltic Concrete 30 mm consolidated thickness with minimum 5.5% binder (Paving Bitumen any penetration) content by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient over and including priming/tack coat with bitumen primer using paving bitumen VG-10 @5KG/10 sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5 mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc and the like n exc 10 cm wide on road pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specifeid and directed.

S&F Two Way Reflective Road Stud of size 100 x 100 x 18 50mm made of heavy duty body of moulded ASA (acrylic styrene acryloretrite) or HIP (high impact polystryne) or ABS having electronically welded micro prismatic lens. with abrasion resistant coating as approved by Garrison Engineer. The Cat Eye shall support a load of 25 tonne and impact strength shall be about 253 KN and shall be tested in accordance with ASTM D4280 The slope of retro reflective surface shall be 35+5 degress to base The reflective panels on both sides with at least 12cm of reflective area up each side. The studs shall be fixed to the road surface using the adhesive conforming to IS as per manufacturers recommendation complete all as specified and directed. Make DARK EYE, Model DA 978/OSCAR, Model No OS 776 or equivalent in the other approved makes.

Scarifying or picking gravelled macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area not exc400 sqm and depth Exc 50 mm and n exc 100 mm deep all as specified and directed and applying 75 cm thick (compacted thickness) WBM, with coarse aggregate of grading 2 (63 to 40 mm size) or of grading 3(50 to 20 mm size) granite trape or basalt spread rolled & consolidated using vibratory power roller exceeding 8 tonnes and not exceeding 12 tones capacity over a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer at 10 Kg per 10 Sqm using paving bitumen VG-10 and over brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with air compressor to remove all loose dirt etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Screening road metal, chippings, etc on the site of the work, when specially ordered, including removing screened materials for clear of screen and stacking in separate heaps for measuring material from both site of screen measured.

M & L for painting line on road with 10 cm width conforming to morth specifications, mechanically applied to form a 1.5 mm thick film on road including cleaning and drying the existing road surface to ensure dust oil grease and moisture free surface before applying the paint etc complete all specified and directed.

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing Retroreflective regulatory sign board of size 900 mm diameter made out of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated lens type retro -reflective sheeting as approved by Engineer-in-charge. Letter, symbols, borders etc. will be as per IRC-67 with required colour scheme on the boards and with the high intensity grade A. The aluminium sheet to be riveted to M.S. frame of angle iron of size 40x40x4mm.the board will be fixed to 1 No. 50x50 mm square post made of MS angle 50x50x4mm, 4 m long welded to the frame with adequate anti theft arrangement sheet work to be painted with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint over an under coat (primer) and back side of aluminium sheet to be painted with two or more coats of epoxy paint including appropriate priming coat complete in all respect as per direction of engineer -in-charge.

supply and fixing cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20 mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions.
