16mm thick cement plaster (1:6) finished smooth to out side brick walls after racking out the joints cleaning & finishing the plaster surface smooth including wash and screening the sand free from dust, dirt and other foreign materials by proper sieiving and grade, watering and curing with cost and conveyance of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work with all taxes and royalties etc. complete with all lead lift and delift complete in all respect to the specification and proper grade and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. 1st Floor

Supplying, fitting and fixing of window (sliding type) made up Aluminium section 9778 as window frame, section no. 4095,4096 and 9777,3994 as shutter frame with 5mm thick glasss as panel fitted with rubber beading including locking arrangement including all fitting including cost of all material, taxes labour T&P including cost of glass etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 1st Floor
2.5 cm thick grading concrete with C.C.
