Supplying, fitting & fixing of M.S Door shutters & MS Windows shutters in proper position including making holes in walls, RCC structures and wood work, etc. making good to the damages to walls, or RCC structures including mending or cuting to sizes or grooves in walls with cost, conveyance, royalities with all T &P labour, etc. complete in all respect as per the direction of EIC. 1st Floor

Providing fitting and fixing of Flush Door out of 32 mm thick FRP block board including of all fittings and including of all fittings and including cost and coneveyance of all materials to site, and all labour charges complete as per direction of E.I.C 1st Floor

Supplying, Fitting, Fixing of Ceramic tiles in dados, skirting and risers of steps on 12mm thick C.P. (1:3) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigments to match the shade of the tiles with rubbing and polishing complete including cost, conveyance of pre cast tile with all labour T&P, taxes etc. complete as per direction of the E.I.C. 1st Floor

Fixing Ceramic tiles in floor, steps, treads and landing on 20 cm thick of C.M. (1:3) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shades of tiles including rubbing and polishing complete including cost, conveyance of precaste tile with all labour T&P taxes etc. complete as per direction of the E.I.C. 1st Floor

12mm thick cement plaster (1:6) finished smooth to out side brick walls after racking out the joints cleaning & finishing the plaster surface smooth including wash and screening the sand free from dust, dirt and other foreign materials by proper sieiving and grade, watering and curing with cost and conveyance of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work with all taxes and royalties etc. complete with all lead lift and delift complete in all respect to the specification and proper grade and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. 1st Floor

16mm thick cement plaster (1:6) finished smooth to out side brick walls after racking out the joints cleaning & finishing the plaster surface smooth including wash and screening the sand free from dust, dirt and other foreign materials by proper sieiving and grade, watering and curing with cost and conveyance of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work with all taxes and royalties etc. complete with all lead lift and delift complete in all respect to the specification and proper grade and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. 1st Floor

6mm (1/4") thick Cement Plaster in C.M (1:4) finished smooth to to R.C.C. surfaces including closed deep chipping & slury treatment, watering and curing, scaffolding screening sand etc. complete with cost, conveyance, taxes and royalties of all materials and labour with T & P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. 1st Floor

Finishing wall surface of walls with Acrylic wall putty ( water based ) and finished smooth and even suface to receive painting including all cost of materials, scaffolding, labour, watering & curing T&P etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 1st Floor

Providing and painting with two coats to the entire outside surface with silcon based weather coat paint over plastered surface of any approved make to the outer surface after scraping and cleaning the surface including all cost of materials, scaffolding,labour, watering, & curing T & P ec. complete and as per direction of the E.I.C. 1st Floor

Distempering two coats over one coat of primer on inside wall surface and ceiling of approved shade including cost of Distemper with conveyance, taxes, lifts of all materials and labours, T & P etc. required for the work complete with all respect including scaffolding as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. 1st Floor

Painting two coats with approved plastic enamel paints over a coat of primer to new wood work and iron works including sand papering polishing the surface with all cost, conveyance, royalty and all taxes of materials including cost of paints and primer, cost of labour and T&P etc. required for the work complete in all respect as directed by the E.I.C. 1st Floor

Supplying, fitting and fixing of window (sliding type) made up Aluminium section 9778 as window frame, section no. 4095,4096 and 9777,3994 as shutter frame with 5mm thick glasss as panel fitted with rubber beading including locking arrangement including all fitting including cost of all material, taxes labour T&P including cost of glass etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 1st Floor

2.5 cm thick grading concrete with C.C. (1:2:2) on roof slab with 6 mm size c.b.h.g. chips after chipping and chiselling the same and cleaning the surfaces by wire brushing laid to proper slope finished smooth to receive tarfelt treatment watering and curing including cost. Conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials, labour T & P required for the work complete with all respect as per direction of E.I.C. 1st Floor
