Comprehensive maintenance of following Electro Mechanical Services (as per the inventory of equipments attached) situated in 5th Floor of Telephone Bhavan, Saifabad, Hyd, as per specifications/ conditions of contract and as per the details given in relevant sections by deploying the required staff including specialized manpower and by arranging required spares, tools and plants etc., to keep all the services operational up to the required standards, complete as required. a) EI & Fans b) Main LT panel c) Fire Extinguishers 4.5Kg CO2 - 5 Nos. d) Split AC units 15 Nos. 1.5TR e) Earthing - 6 Nos.

Providing Round the clock / need based operation of the following electro mechanical services as per the inventory of equipment attached including sundays/ holidays as per specifications/ condition of contract and as per the schedule given in relevant section by deploying the required staff including specialised manpower and by arranging required spares, tools and plants etc., to keep all the sevices operational up to the required standards, complete as required in 5th Floor RMDC of Telephone Bhavan, Hyderabad. a) EI & Fans b) Main LT panel c) Fire Extinguishers 4.5Kg CO2 - 5 Nos. d) Split AC units 15 Nos. 1.5TR e) Earthing - 6 Nos.

In addition to the above, operation of the following electromechaniacal services are to be carried by agency. In case breakdown, inform to concerned AMC agency / SDE(E)/JTO(E) and supervise until AMC agency rectifies fault. Monitoring of all EMS equipment through Building Management system etc., as reqd. a) Addressable Fire detection system. b) Fire suppression system. c) Public address system. d) CCTV. e) Access control system. f) Building management system. g) UPS 2x40, 1x5kVA with Battery sets. h) Precision AC units. Note: EPF/ESI charges are not to be included in the quoted rate as the same will be reimbursed as per actual to agency on submission of proof of payment.
