Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for :Foundation, footing, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete

Providing and laying cement concrete pavement of M-10 with ready mixed concrete from batching plant of reputed cement manufacture and transported to the site of work in transit mixer having continuous agitated mixer, manufactured as premixed design of M-10 grade of cement concrete work including pumping of RMC from transit mixer to site. Placing in required camber compulsory with plate/ screed vibrator, with wire brush etc. and curing including cost admixture in recommended proportions as per I.S. 9103 to accelerate/ retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per specifications and direction of Engineer-in-charge. Note :1) less cement used than specified in this item in recoverable separately. M-10 grade plain cement concrete by using 220 Kg of cement per cum of concrete.

Providing and laying RMC of M-30 grade by using minimum 400 Kg. of cement ( 43 grade OPC) per cum of concrete in roads/ streets manufactured in automatic RMC plant using coarse sand and graded stone aggregate of 20mm nominal size in appropriate proportion as per approved design criteria including transportation to site in transit mixer, including cost of admixture in recommended proportion as per IS 9103 to accelerate/ regard setting of concrete to improve workability wit out impairing strength and durability as per specification including spreading and compacting mechanically by using needle and surface vibrators , leveling to required slope and camber, finishing by floating and brooming with wire brushes etc. and curing including making provision for contractor/expansion, construction of cross/ longitudinal joints of size 10mm wide 50mm deep by groove cutting machine, providing and filling joints with approved joints filler and sealants, etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge( Cost of joint filler & sealants shall be paid for separately under relevant item). Note: Cement content considered in M-30 is @ 400 Kg/cum. Excess/Less cement used as per design mix is payale/recoverable separately M-30 RC using minimum cement @ 400 Kg/cum. Cement concrete manufactured in automatic batching plant(RC plant) including transportation to site in transit mixer.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm)

Care and diversion of standing, water, spring water, river water ot drains and the like in working area including construction and removal of earth/coffer bundies upto DBL/existing level where required including pumping and bailing out the surface flowing water and keeping the working area free from standing water, flowing water seepage water and sub soil water for execution of entire work satisfactorily.

Carriage of C&D waste old dismentalled material by mechanical transport i/c loading, unloading & stacking as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m.

Dry brick on edge flooring in required pattern with bricks of class designation 7.5 on a bed of 12 mm mud mortar, including filling joints with sand, with common burnt clay non modular bricks.

Dry brick on bed flooring/lining width wise on inner sides and berms of drain with bricks of class designation 7.5 on a bed of 12mm mud mortar including filling in joints with jamuna sand with common brunt clay non-modular bricks.

Providing and laying precast cement concrete tiles (factory made) cement (M-25) 300x300x50mm size laid on 15mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand) and filling the same joints with cement plaster 1:3 (1 Cement : 3 Coarse Sand).
