Cartage of 11 Mtr STP from Store to dump store/work Site Including loading and unloading

Erection of 11 mtr double pole support with fixing of necessary clamps, Cross Bracing angle, Danger Board, Barbed Wire, Number Plate and other accessories like channel, insulator etc.(As per RESSPO) All material provied by contractor except 11 M Long St pole.

Grouting of ST Pole, grouting in ratio 1:4:8, cement, stone grit & coarse sand, plinthing of support of size 0.4x0.45x0.3 Mtr.with cement sand& bricks blast in ratio 1:4:8 and 12 mm thick plastring around the plingth in ration 1:2:4 with 12 mm thickness curing of plingth should be done properly. (as per RESSPO) All material provied by contractor.

Earthing of support complete with the help of M.S. rod 20 mm dia and 2.54 mtr. long, fastening of G.I. wire with clamps/X-arm/support to M.S. earth rod. As per Resspo and Electrical safety rules.(All Material Provided by Contractor)

Laying of 33 KV 3x300 sq mm XLPE cable by machine drilling method. The cable shall be laid at the depth of 1050 mm from the surface of road including cartage.The cable shall be laid strictly in compliance to RESSPO Norms.

Laying of 33 KV 3x300 sq mm XLPE cable by mannual method. The cable shall be laid at the depth of 1050 mm from the surface with the help of sand, brick & patiya of road including cartage.The cable shall be laid strictly in compliance to RESSPO Norms . (All required material except 33 KV cable provided by Contractor)

Drilling in all horizontally to cross the road/parallel to road, 1050 mm bellow from the surface for laying of HDPE Pipe and laying of 33 KV, 3x300 sq mm XLPE cable in 8'' dia HDPE Pipe (HDPE Pipe as per Sample specification of department) including cartage. All material provied by Contractor except 33 KV Cable.

Fixing of jointing kit Heat Shrink cable type end Terminations suitable for 33 KV, 3x300 sq mm XLPE cable. As per Resspo and Electrical Safety rule) including jointing kit. (All material porvided by contractor)

Hoisting of 33 KV 3x300 sq mm XLPE cable providing GI pipe of size 6” dia 3 M long on double pole including its jumpering, complete with Channel and clamps, nut & bolts. As per Resspo and Electrical safety rules. (All material porvided by contractor except cable)

Instalation of complete 33 KV VCB 800A ,750MVA with structure in switchyard and grouting of VCB structure by cement, sand, brick ballast mortar in ratio 1:3:4. Work includes complete fitting of VCB on structure carefully with making all connections of control cable for operating the VCB . All Require item like Structorcement, concrete material, T&P and all require clamp nut bolts and clamps shall be provided by the contractor exept 33 KV VCB 800A ,750MVA

Mounting of complete 33 KV C.T 200/100/1-1-1A with structure in switchyard and grouting of C.T. structure by cement, sand, brick ballast mortar in ratio 1:3:4. Work includes complete fitting of C.T. on structure carefully with making all connections of control cable . All Require item like, Structure, CT Clamps, cement, concrete material, T&P shall be provided by the contractor except 33 KV C.T

Instalation of complete 33 KV P.T (03 NO) with structure in switchyard and grouting of P.T. structure by cement, sand, brick ballast mortar in ratio 1:3:4. Work includes complete fitting of P.T. on structure carefully with making all connections of control cable . All Require item like Structure, Pt Clamps, cement, concrete material, T&P shall be provided by the contractor except 33 KV P.T

Installation of 33 KV single/double transformer control pannel & 33 KV line control pannel in the switchgear room and grouting the pannel by rag bolt using cement, sand mortar in ratio 1:3. Work includs fitting of all accessories in all respect with complete connection of control cable with pannel. Grouting material and all require materia as control cable 2x2 sq mm and 2x4 sq mm will be provided by the Contractor.except 33 KV single/double transformer control pannel

Erection of complete structure for 33 Kv Isolator in switch yard as per RESPO drawing. Work also includes construction of gantry plinth of size 1.0x0.45x0.45 cum with cement,coarse sand and ballast in ratio 1:3:6 and plastaring of plinth with cement & sand in ratio 1:4 including digging of pits & backfilling. All concreting material like cement, ballast, sand labour & T&P etc.shall be provided by the contractor.

Earthing of 33 KV vcb Structures erected in the yard and control pannel with 35x6 mm. G.I. strip in duplicate fully welded at both ends to be connected to the earthmat, necessary G.I. strip. All require material shall be provided by the contractor.

Earthing of 33 KV C.T.and PT Structure complete as per schedule with 50x6 mm.G.I. Strip. All earthing material shall be provided by the Contractor.

Laying and stringing of ACSR dog conductor for busbar between busbar gantry as well as terminal gantry. Three phase jumpering from bus to bar L.A, VCB, C.T. , P.T. Terminal Gantry, Isolator etc. properly with jumpering with P.G. Clamp, T. Clamp and Post Insulator clamp, P.G. clamp, T.clamp, A.C.S.R. Dog conductor and any other clamp required for jumpering shall be provided by the Contractor.

Cutting of tree branches all along the route of 33 KV line, which may obstruct the line.

Painting of 11 ST Pole with Calmp and Channel 1 coat Red Oxide and 2 coat Alluminium Paint

Painting of all structure and equipment inside the switch yard with two coats of red oxide primer and thereafter two coats of aluminium paint, giving silver white finish, painting is to be done after proper cleaning of the structures. paint, primer, thinner etc. required shall be provided by the contractor himself.

Laying of 4x2.5 mm2 copper control cable form C.T. T/F to transformer control panel /protection Board. All control cable shall be supplied by the contractor.

Supply & fixing of Underground cable route marker at every 200 mtr or as per site requirement.

Instalation of Sign board at site ofter compelted of work Sign board size 3x4 feet with stand writing material and sign bord design will be provided by deportment and sign board, stand and grouting materials provided by contractor. Sing board eill be provided by conrtacror as per sample provided by ddepartment.

Photo and videographayof before and after of the work will be provioded bt the contracror in soft & hard coloured copy (size 8x10" album) and soft copy video in minimum 1080 P quality in pendrive in 3 set.
