Schedule - A1: Preventive Maintenance Works
Preventive Maintenance of Elevated Structure:- To carry out the schedule of inspection as per Maintenance manual like inspection of bearing, measurement of camber, visual inspection of Sub & Super Structure, Pier protection and drainage Arrangements with required manpower, machinery, tools, tackles and Competent Engineers and record of same in bridge inspection Register along with photograph of each (a) Bearing Inspection (b)Camber measurement, (c)visual inspection (d)Drainage Arrangement
(a) Bearing Inspection of Viaduct & 18 nos of Stations: The contractor has to inspect all bearings in all Piers and portals and submit copies of inspection reports along with photographs as specified in the Scope of work, including Cleaning the Debris, Cut Extra Rods and removing unwanted materials like Bird Nests, Shuttering materials, Algae Sedimentation Etc. for Viaduct structures such as BOX Girder, I-Girder, U-Girder The quoted cost includes all tools and machinery required to carry out the work.
(b) Camber Measurement of Viaduct & 18 nos of Stations: The contractor has to measure the camber of the Box Girder, U-Girder, Slab and all I-Girders, Steel composite girder and Open web girder, steel portal spans using total station record the same in Bridge register and compare the measurement with Previous Year's Measurement. Permanent markings on the structure should be carried out during measurement. The quoted cost includes all tools and machinery required to carry out the work.
(c) Visual Inspection: The Contractor has to visually inspect the condition of RCC Pier, Trestle, Protective works and waterway Scours, Slip Or Settlement, Condition of Bearing pedestal, Steel Work, Painting, Condition of PSC/Concrete/Composite Girder in superstructure/ Condition of Girder/beams, any crack or defects, Condition of handrail, Condition of median and pier protection wall, Condition of footpath and walkway platforms and maintain a record of same in Bridge register. The quoted cost includes all tools and machinery required to carry out the work.
(d) Drainage Arrangements: The Contractor has to inspect the condition of Drainage arrangements and submit the report for Corridor- I and Corridor- II including the Station Area, including Cleaning the Debris, Cut Extra Rods and removing unwanted materials like Bird Nests, Shuttering materials, Honeycomb etc., for Viaduct structures such as the Box Girder, I-Girder, U-Girder. The quoted cost includes all means and ways required to carry out the work.

Schedule - A2: Corrective Maintenance Works
Grouting of Pedestal: The Contractor has to grout the damaged Bearing Pedestals if any with GP2 or Equivalent Non-Shrink Grout material of M60 Grade. The work includes the cost of shuttering, Curing, Removal of the Shutter and man lift for accessing the Bearing Pedestal. Payment shall be made against the actual weight of the Grouting done.
Repair to Voids and Honeycombing: The Contractor has to attend to the Voids and Honeycombs Noticed during inspection with the help of Cement Grout or Epoxy Grout (Fosroc/Sika/equivalent with approval of Engineer-in-charge) of M60 Grade. The work includes the cost of shuttering, Curing, Removal of the Shutter and man lift for accessing the location to be repaired at any height. Payment shall be made against the actual weight of Material Consumed.
Positioning of Bearing: The Contractor has to bring back the bearing to its original position if any Displacement/Slip is noticed during the Inspection. It is the responsibility of the contractor to make all arrangements for lifting the girder with the jack, Positioning of the Bearing, and Removal of Supports after making the structure fit for operation. Access to the site has to be made ready by the Contractor.
Replacement of Bearing: The Contractor has to replace the damaged/excessively bulged Bearing with a new one. It is the responsibility of the contractor to procure (with prior approval from DMRC for specification of Bearing) and install by making all arrangements for lifting the girder with jack, fixing of new Bearing, and Removal of Supports after making the structure fit for operation. Access to the site has to be made ready by the Contractor.
Plumbing items for Drainage Arrangements including replacement.
Screed Concrete: Pouring of screed concrete of M25/M30/M35/M40 grade over the existing concrete surface. The cost includes preparation of the surface, taking levels, button marking, pouring of concrete at the site and finishing the surface.
Core Cutting on Existing RCC Structure and Block Work using Standard Core Cutting Machine of Size 100 to 200 mm Dia and depth of 150 to a maximum of 450 mm.

The Bill of Quantities shall be read in conjunction with Notice Inviting Tender, Instructions to Tenderers, General Conditions of Contract, Special Condition of Contract, Employer's Requirements and other parts of Bid Document.
Bill of Quantities comprises of Inland Transportation works, as detailed in NIT and Employer’s Requirements. Tenderers have to quote percentage above(+) / below(-) / at par(0) the rates (inclusive of GST) against respective BOQ amounts given in Schedule/Group.
The rates and prices to be tendered in the unit Priced Bill of Quantities is for completed and finished items of Works and complete in all respect. It will be deemed to include cost of all plants & equipments, labour, supervision / manpower, materials, loading, transportation, unloading, fuel charges, stacking, Insurance, all temporary works, contractor’s profit and establishment/ overheads, all general risks, insurance liabilities, compliance of labour laws and obligations set out or implied in the contract. For taxes and duties refer clause C2.6 of ITT.
The Bidder shall take note of the actual conditions, all risks and contingencies and the terms and conditions specified in this Bid document (comprising of all volumes) and price his bid accordingly. The quoted offer against a schedule/group of BOQ (Bill of Quantities) shall be considered as final.
Bidders are required to download the BOQ file, open it and complete the blue coloured (unprotected) cells with their respective financial offers and other details (such as name of the bidder). No other cells should be changed. Once the details have been completed, the bidder should save it and submit it online on http://eprocure.gov.in/eprocure/app, without changing the filename. The rate shall not be offered/quoted elsewhere in the technical submission/ tender submission.
If the tenderer fails to quote rates against any schedule, the tender may be treated as incomplete and non-responsive and shall be rejected.
Tenderers shall quote their offer in Indian Rupees (INR) only.
In case of any discrepancy between the amount in figures & words, the amount in figures shall be treated as sacrosanct.
ANNEXURE-13A
PROFORMA FOR STATEMENT OF MINOR DEVIATIONS
1. The following are the particulars of minor deviations from the requirements of the Tender Document:
1. The Tenderer shall indicate price adjustment against each deviation in Annexure-13A of BOQ. This price is the price which the tenderer shall reduced from this tender price if deviation(s) is/are accepted by the Employer.
2. Where there is no deviation, the statement should be returned duly signed with an endorsement indicating ‘No Deviations’. In case, Performa of deviations is not submitted or submitted as blank, it will be construed that the tenderer has not proposed any deviations from tender documents.
3. If the tenderer proposes deviations in tender documents, and/or any other terms and conditions of the tender, other than in this Annexure, it will have no effect.
