Earthwork in excavation for structures as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto a lead of 50 m, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material

Disposal of all Excavated Earth by mechanical transport up to 5km.

Providing and Fixing cement concrete 1:3:6 (1Cement,3Sand,6 aggregates 20mm nominal size) and curing complete including cost of form work in foundation and plinth.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 sand:4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)laid in one layer finished with a floating coat of neat Cement.40 mm thick.
