Use and waste of Formwork to edges of concrete flats, treads, floor and roofs n exc 20 cm wide and sides of RCC/PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and similar work exc 10cm but n exc 20cm wide, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour mild steel TMT Bars 6 to 8 mm and above cut to length bend to shape required including cranking bending spirally for column, hooking ends & binding with and including mild steel mild steel wire (annealed) not less that 0.90 mm dia or securing with chips complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not other wise specially provided for and including floor finishes and removing the rubbish outside MoD land complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 ( using 20mm graded aggregate) as in plinth protection laid in alternate bays, surface finished even & smooth without using extra cement including making joints complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 ( using 40mm graded aggregate) thick as in sub base of floor surface finished even & rough to receive floor topping complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour 25mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 ( using 12.5mm graded aggregate) as in sub base of floor surface finished even & rough to receive floor topping complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 15mm thick plastering/screed bed or bedding layer in cm 1:4 on brick/concrete surfaces as in sunken floor mixed with water proofing compound as per manufactureers instruction even and smooth without using extra cement (WPC measured and paid separately)

Applying a tack coats of industrial bitumen 85/25 grade at the at the rate of 1.2kg per sqm as in sunken floor portion including preparation plaster concrete surface complete all as specified

Material and labour non-skid, ceramic, coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (Square/rectangular ) area of each tile exceeding 0.10 sqm but not exceeding 0.16 sqm, in floors, set and jointed in cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shade of tiles laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cm 1:6 as specified and directed.

All as per item no 21 above but in skirting and over and including 10mm cement backing in CM 1:4.

Dismantling of stone slab and tiles of any description or thickness in floors aprons etc, laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour 18 to 20 mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, landings, window cills cooking plate form and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble duet with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cm 1:6, and including rounding of edges of granite slabs 10 to 20 mm thick by grinding and rubbing and finished smooth, coloured as approved by GE all as specified and directed. Note: Front facia edges of granite slabs shall be rounding and finished smooth. The contractor shall quote his rates considering the above element, no extra paid on this.

All as per description of serial Item no. 24.00 here in before but as on vertical surfaces and over 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls/ceiling etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, Note :- The demolished material should be disposed off outside MoD land. The contractor shall quote his rates considering the above element, no extra paid on this.

Demolition of brick or stone masonry built in cement mortar incl all quions, arches, pillar etc. complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour brick work with sub class -B bricks old size, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6. complete all as specified & directed.

All as per description of serial Item no. 28.00 here in before but as in half brick thick wall built in CM 1:4.

Material and labour for repairing of soffits of slabs and similar works by dismantling of loose/ disintegrated portion of RCC at any height and in any situation, including provn of support, formwork and welding of reinforcement and fixing in position and with provision of weld mesh, applying dubbing 1st coat of 20 to 25mm thick in CM 1:3 finished rough and finishing coat of 10mm thick in CM 1:3 finished even and smooth without using extra cement over and including cement slurry @ 3 kg/sqm, finished even and smooth to desired shape and applying two coats of weather proof exterior emulsion paint over a coat of acrylic resistant primer to match with existing surfaces complete all as specified and directed.(weld mesh measured and paid separately) Note:- (i) Unit rate of this item includes the cost of scaffolding, formwork etc. and nothing extra shall be paid on account of variation in height. (ii) For payment purpose, the area of finished plaster in 2nd coat shall be considered.

S & F factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top and bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded prelam PVC "C" channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and prelam colour PVC sheets for top rail , lock rail and bottom rail on either side and as gap insert for top rail and bottom rail , both side prelam PVC sheet used instead of plain colour PVC sheet. Providing and fixing Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) for shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ panelling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws all complete as per architectural drawings .

S & F double action floor door spring hydraulically regulated made up minimum 1.25 thick aluminium alloy sheet foundation box, main body stainless steel cover, governing pivot made of brass, other parts made of mild steel heavy duty complete all as specified

S & F top pivot of casting body suitable for aluminium door , complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 170 to 200 mm size extruded aluminium alloy handles fabricated fancy type, anodised fixed with stainless steel screws complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 200mm long aluminium anodised barrel tower bolt, extruded section, fixed with stainless steel screws complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 4 mm thick high quality, durable acrylic panel sheet and glazing with rubber beads, clips etc complete all as specified and directed. Note: Cost of rubber beads, clip included in unit quoted rate of this item.
