Complete rewinding of 25 HP, 3-phase, 2900 rpm Submersible motor at Water Supply Scheme Chowgam Gundipora in PVC insulated copper wire of suitable size, grade, gauge and number of turns complete details are as under:- Copper wire used in rewinding of motor ( After Ded 80% o a/c of old scrap)
Disassembling of motor at the workshop, extraction of damaged coils, cleaning of slots etc.
Rewinding of motor by way of arrangement of highly skilled labour, tools, tackles etc.
Cost on account of insulating material such as varnish, sleeves, bamboo sticks etc.
Re-assembling of motor without causing any damage to the coils. The job also includes installation and testing of motor on load at site.
Carriage from site to workshop and back including all leads, lifts and head loads.
Providing/fitting of Racer-ratchet assembly to the above unit.
Providing/fitting of 10 sq mm submersible cable for leads to the motor at Chowgam Gundipora.
