Part 1. Strengthening and 5 years maintenance of Pinnavasal to Pangirankollai Road in Pinnavasal Panchayat Km 0/0-2/000

Clearing the Scrub jungle including all labour charges for burryingng and burning etc.,Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, scrubs,saplings and trees of girths upto 300mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlie and disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable materials to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150mm thickness as per technical specification clause 201. etc.complete.

Picking the existing black top/ WBM surface to 50 MM to 100 MM depth including labour, hire charges d plants and all other incidental charges etc. complete as per MOST specification.

Earth work excavation in all classes of soils except hard rock requiring blasting depositing on bank with initial lead of 10M and lift of 2M including all labour charges and incidental charges such as shoring, strutting, providing coffer dams, bailing out of water as per 20A.

Providing and laying spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) 150 mm thick, including premixing the material with water at OMC in machanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers 250mm thick with pavers in SubBase/Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory Soil Compactor to achieve the desired density including cost of material,labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete.

Providing and applying Prime coat over WMM surface using 7 Kg of bitumen emulsion SS-1 for 10sqm preparatory to another bituminous construction over it including cost of material, labour charges and all other incidental charges etc., .

Providing and applying Tack coat over WMM surface (treated with primer) using 2.5 Kg of bitumen emulsion RS-1 for 10sqm for preparatory to another bituminous construction over it including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc.,

BITUMINOUS CONCRETE 25 MM THICK USING CMP (Grade-II) - Providing and laying Bituminous concrete to 25 mm thick using 0.13cum of 19.00-9.50mm. 0.17cum of 9.5-2.36 and below with 50.3kgs of VG30/VG40 heating the bitumen and aggregates to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity, carrying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 40mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8-10 tonnes vibratory/phenumatic roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site etc.including hire charges and fuel charges foe 20-30t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks,paver finisher/9m paver finisher,vibratory/phenumatic roller and all other tools and plants required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clauses 507 of MORTH Part-5.

Providing & laying gravel soling to compacted thick including cost & conveyance of gravel from approved source to work site including labour for spreading and compacting by power roller to achieve the required Proctor density at 100% compaction of optimum moisture content and hire & fuel charges for power roller , water sprinkler and all other incidental charges such as traffic barricading and providing danger lights etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing Kilometer Metre stones including painting and lettering as directed by the departmental officers etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing Hecta Metre stones including painting and lettering as directed by the departmental officers etc., complete.

Providing and fixing of Retro Reflective Name board as per as per section1700 of MORD specifications and in compliance with IRC 67-2022 specifications (Para 6.5.2). Two ACP (Aluminum Composite Panel) sheets of 4 mm thick, of 900 mm x 800mm size fixed at top & 900mm x 750mm fixed at bottom duly riveted to existing flange/MS Sheet space given in the existing structure, NABARD logo, letters and numerals on the ACP should be made up of Retro Reflective sheeting of Type IV grade Class B standard of IRC 67- 2022. Message on the retro reflective sheeting including the QR code shall be digitally printed on approved latex printing platform and over laminted by suitable for Ultraviolet resistance electro-cut table film as a protective over laminate sheet. The design, painting and lettering shall be done as per the NABARD Signage Guidelines and the retrofeflective sheeting shall be covered under 7 years warranty issued for field performance (as per MORT&H specification No. 801) and as directed by Engineer-In-charge

Provision for Dry fixing pipe CH 380m

Earth work excavation in hard stiff clay soil and all classess of soil and depositing on bank with initial lead and lift as per SS20B.

Sand filling with river sand good quality including cost and conveyance of all materials to site including watering and compacting etc complete.

Cement concrete with (1:4:8) mix using 40mm ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc complete.

Providing and Laying Reinforced cement concretepipe NP3 for culverts on first class beddingof granular material in single Row in cluding fixing collar with cm 1:2 but Excluding Excavation,production works,backfilling concrete and masonry works in head wall and parapets clause 1106

Gravel filling b/w body wall including cost and conveyance of gravel labour for filling watering and compacting etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officer.

Towards the charges for routine maintenance of the road work executed under NABARD RIDF including dressing of berms by refilling the gully with the earth from borrow pits, cleaning of wild seasonal growth on berms, destilting of side drains and CD works, white washing guard stones, painting of KM, HM stones, parapets, cutting of branches of trees, refixing displaced guard stones, caution boards, speed limit boards etc., with the periodicity for the above activities as prescribed in IRC-SP-20:2002 and as directed by the departmental officers except for the constructional defects which has to be rectified by the contractor at his own cost for carriageway width of 3.00m & 3.75m

Part.2. Strengthening and 5 years maintenance of Mithiyakudikkadu Aanaikkadu Link Road in Kalagam Panchayat Km 0/0-1/410.

Construction of Granular Sub base by providing well graded material (25 mm to 4.75 mm IRC HBG metal @ 65 %,4.75 to 2.36mm IRC HBG metal @ 20% &2.36 mm below IRC HBG metal @15%)& (the material passing 425 microns sieve shall have liquid limit and plasticity index not more than 25 & 6% repectively) spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface mixing by mix in place method with rotovator at OMC and compacting with three wheel 80-100 KN capacity and finished in accordance with the requirements of the specification and thickness as per approved plans or as directed by the Engineer (Mix -in - place method).
