Scarifying or picking up gravelled macadam or bituminous macadam surface area n exc 400 Sqm, exc 50 mm and n exc 100 mm in depth all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge,

Repair to pot holes depth not exceeding 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud over water scoring sunken surfaces in road,path etc. Cutting around edges to atleast 25 mm in depth making good by applying tack coat bituminious primer (Gde VG-30) @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm putting Bituminious premixe semi dense asphaltc concrete 40 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5 % binder content of paving bitumen (VG-30) by weight of total mix,rolled and compacted to required camber and graident using mechanical paver hot mix plant as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: Premixed carpet shall be mixed in hot mix plant as specified.

Applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminious primer using paving bitumen viscosity at grade (VG-10) @ 5.00kg/10 sqm to Bituminous Macadam surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminious primer using paving bitumen viscosity at grade (VG-10) @ 2.50kg/10 sqm to Bituminous Macadam surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Preparing of black top surface by brushing with wire brushed for removing caked mud etc and sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirts etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete consolidated thickness 40mm with 5.5% of binder content by weight to total mix, using Viscosity Grade paving bitumen of grade VG-30 prepared in hot mix plant and laid by using self propelled mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient to achieve uniform smooth surfaces and rolled with 8 to 12 tone power roller/tandem vibrating roller complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : The combined grading of aggregate shall be as per Para 20B.2.5.4(d) & 20.B.4 of SSR Part-I

Material and labour for marking of bituminious roads over certre line/edge line the road marking/speed breaker marking over speed breaker using thermoplastic paint (as per ASTM D 36/BS 3262 Part-I as approved by GE) ( Hot application) white/yellow byt indigenious modern propeller road marking machine with a single coat of 2.5 mm thickness as directed by the Engineer - in -charge including cost and convenyance, all ingredients such as binder, glass beads, titanium dioxide, calcium carbonate, inters pillars, pigments as per Morth specifiacations of clauses 83.4.2.3 be sprayed at the rate of 250gm/sqm in succession the rate to include cost of all other materials, labour charges for mixing the ingredients to the rquired temprature, cleaning the road surface , premarking, cautionary sign boards,red flages, traffic cones as per traffic rules, safegaurding the newely painted centre line markingcomplete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling old factory made precast cement concrete interlocking tiles of any thickness and size and refixing in the same position in true level complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge..

M&L for PCC 1: 4 :8 type D2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base and like including finishing the surfaces even & rough without using extra cement including necessary form work etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 50mm thick sand filling for laying of interlocking paver block complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for applying two or more coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50gm/ltr and UV resistance as per IS 15489: 2024, alkali& fungal resistance, dirty resistance exterior paint of required shade with spray machine (Company Depot rinted)with silicon additives@@ 1.43 litre/10 Sqm over and including primimg coat of exterior primer applying @@ 0.90 litre/10 Sqm over new surfaces and existing interlocking tiles and curve stone complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curventure, jointed with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm) including making drainage opening opening whereever required complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in rounded or chamfered on edges or in coping to top of brick in any description or other similar works complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
