Providing and laying HDPE Pipe PN-4, PE-63 as per relevant IS specifications dia 250 mm including jointing complete in all respect and including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Constructing manhole with R.C.C top slab in1:2:4 mix in 1 cement : 2 sand : 4 gradedstone aggregate 20mm nominal size)foundation concrete1:4:8 (1cement : 4 sand :8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominalsize) inside plastering 15mm thick with cementmortar 1:3 (1cement 3 sand) finished with afloating coat of neat cement and makingchannels in concrete 1:2:4 mix (1 cement : 2sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mmnominal size) finished smooth completeincluding curing and testing: (a) Inside size 800 mm x 800 mm and 1000mm deep including RCC cover HD-30 with frame.(560mm internal dia tota weight of cover and frame to be not less than 182kg with 230mm thick walls of brick masonry using common burnt clay building bricksin cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3)

Providing and laying in trenches, galvanised mild steel tubes (medium grade), tube fittings (earth work in trenches to be measured and paid separately) :- 65 mm nominal bore i/c carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing C.I Sluice valve with hand wheel as per IS 780 class upto 300mm dia including brass spindle as per IS 2906 class II for diametres more than 300 mm complete with bolts nuts,rubber inserton etc. (the tail pieces if required shall be measured and paid for separately ):- 65 mm nominal bore i/c carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing spindle fire hydrant with 65mm outlet with complete with components i/c carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Constructing chamber 600mm x 600mmx750mm inside size for fire hydrants with C.I. surface box 100mm dia x 160mm top and 180 mm deep (inside) with changed lid and RCC top slab 1:2:4 mix (1 cement : 2 sand 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) 100mm thick foundation concrete 1:5:10 ( 1cement : 5 sand : 10 grades stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and inside plastering with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement :3 sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including curing complete :With 230mm thick walls of brick Masonry in cement mortar 1:5 (1cement :5 sand) i/c carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Granular sub-base/base/surface course with local materials (Table 400.13) by mix in place method normal Construction of granular sub-base by providing local material spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at once and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density complete as per Clause 401.4 as per Technical Specification Clause 408 including carriage of material with in all leads and lift.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug Mill), carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub-base/base course on a well prepared sub-base with paver finisher and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80 to 100kN weight to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricading and maintenance of diversion, etc as per Tables 400.11 & 400.12 and Technical Specification Clause 406. i/c carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand. complete all as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge. 80mm thick cement concrete paver block of M-40 grade approved by HPPWD (NTC/Ashok Panjla Tiles/NTCCI/Pooja Concrete Fabricators, M/S Dalal Tiles Pvt. Ltd.) with approved color design and pattern. including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts.

Making connection of galvanised steel distribution branch with galvanised mild steel main 50mm to 80mm nominal bore by providing and fixing tee including cutting and threading the pipes complete. i/c carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Excavation in dumped stone/mulba/debris in drains, culverts and nallah and its removal outside the Ind. Area in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying concrete for plain/ reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawing and technical specification caluses 802,803,1202 and 1203. 1:4:8 (1Cement :4 Sand : 8 crushed graded stone aggregate 40 mm size) including cost of form work and carriage of material within all leads and lifts.
