Repair to 300 ampere LT control panel installed at pumping station Salmay (Old) alongwith allied works. The job involves dismantling of all the incoming and outgoing power cables from the panels and shifting the same to workshop. Replacement of CB4SA guardian unit-2nos. with new one of same rating and same specifications as already fitted, replacement of damaged MNX300 ampere-1no. and 300 ampere MNX contractor kit-1no with corresponding new components of same rating and specification. Assembling the unit, shifting back to site, fitment, making electrical connections and testing of the equipment, without load and thereafter on full load. Job also includes providing and fitting of new 6” dia CS check valve in place of damaged CI check valve at Salmay by providing of new valve, flanges, welding and pipe adjustment as per site requirement. Making all the electrical connections and testing the system on load. Job includes the cost of material, labour charges, hire charges of tools and tackles etc. Rebate, if any, should be quoted separately.
