Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off the shutter from the frame) of area n.exc 1.50 sqm each and removing from site complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down shutters of area exc. 1.00 sqm but not exc 2 sqm each and removing to store all as directed by EIC.

Taking down shutters from frame area exc. 1 sqm not exc 2 sqm each resecuring or easing and adjusting and refixing in same opening and finish the surfaces to match with existing surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in opening solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm thick plain colour PVC sheet rein forced with MS square bar tube, as per specification & drg make complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix factory made Solid PVC Moulded Door Shutter , 28 to 30mm thick (stiles), with 2, 4, or 6 raised panel design with 2mm thick Moulded PVC Sheet on the front face & 2mm plain colour PVC sheet on back face, supplying & fixing in frame at site as per specification & drawing complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour pressed steel frames 105 x 60 mm for doors with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate, etc., complete, as specified, supplied and fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix second class hard wood plain, solid, straight chowkats and frames, wrought, framed rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue pinned at joints, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 40mm thick flush shutters solid core construction with block board core and plywood face panels commercial type on both sides with one face is covered with decorative face veneer with lipping/frame to match complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix brass mortice lock, vertical type, size 100 mm , 4 levers, fixed in repairs complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates, railings etc but excluding framed truss etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour 9 mm thick prelaminated particle board, interior grade, prelaminated both sides with decorative choice lamination, fixed with screws to timber/ aluminium frame work in cup board shutters / aluminium partions etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix frosted glass on one side , 4.8 mm thick, ordinary quality and glazing with rubber beadings suitable for aluminium frame work, in square exc. 0.5 sqm in each pane.

Supply and fix in repairs for providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement.

Supply and fix fixing black/golden colour solar control film 25 micron reflective type sticked to glass panes as per instruction of manufacturer complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix venetian blinds, vertical type, 100 mm slot width of approved fabric and powder coated aluminium top railsetc complete all as specified, including dismantling old damaged one complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE :-The colour,design and shade shall be as approved by GE

Material and labour vitrified ceramic tiles of size 10 mm thick coloured / dark shade, double charged, area of each tile exceeding 0.36 sqm and n exc 0.42, as in walls dado /skirting etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 10mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) including taking down old screed bed complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs steel windows with side hung shutters including projecting type hinges with steel handle, and steel peg stay, complete with glazing bars, dovetailed or welded complete all as specified and directed.

Servicing of aluminium sliding / Side hung window / door shutters of any type including renewal of worn out parts like rubber beading, rollers, handles, hinges, locks, etc including necessary form work if required complete all as specified and as directed.

Servicing of steel windows such as easing /adjusting in existing frame including welding if required complete all as specified and as directed.
