Earth work in excavation in foundations, trenches, etc.in all kinds of soils, not exceeding 2 meters depth including dressing of bottom and sides of trenches, stacking the excavated soil, clear from the edge of excavation and subsequent filling around masonry, in 15 cm layers with compaction, including disposal of all surplus soil, as directed within a lead of 30 meters

Cement Concrete 1:4:8 with stone aggregate 20mm nominal size in foundation and plinth.

Laying of first class ash brick laid in cement sand mortar 1:6 in foundation and plinth including loading, unloading, stacking, carriage within a lead of 4 KM. (Fly ash bricks to be provided by HPGCL)

Dismantling Brick Work, Tile Masonry or Tile Lining and Tile Terracing in cement

Cement concrete 1:2:4 with stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size for reinforced concrete work in footings, strips, foundations, beams, rafts, pedestals and approach slabs of bridges etc, excluding steel reinforcement but including centring and shuttering, laid in position, complete in all respects.(For work upto 1.5 metres below ground level).

12 mm thick cement plaster 1:4

Earth filling under floors with surplus soul, excavated from foundation and taken only from outside the building plinth, in 15 cm layers including ramming watering and consolidating lead upto 30 metres

Floating coat of 1.50 mm thick neat cement laid in one operation to the topping.

Steel reinforcement TMT bars FE-500 /FE-500D grade or more for RCC work ,where no included in the complete rate of RCC including straighting, bending,binding, wastage, overlap, welded joints, spacer bar, chairs,stays, hangerand annealed steel wire etc. and placing in position complete in all respects for all heights/depths/storeys/basements etc.

Dismantling of road including soling and wearing coat, screening and stacking of old serviceable material, complete in all respect.

Restoring the road cut, in level with the existing road surface, including preparation of subgrade laying and relaying of soling and laying and consolidation of wearing coats to water bound macadam specification, and laying 20 mm thick premix carpet, on top including cost of tack and seal coat complete in all respect
