Note : (i) unarmoured sheathed 1.50 sqmm 2 core with one run of PVC conduit pipe 20 mm dia medium grade shall be measured as one unit.

Excavation in trenches in hard/dense soil not exceeding 1.5 mtr deep and not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide for laying of cables, foundation, etc or for shaft well, cesspits, manholes, pierholes, etc not exc 10 Sqm plan and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed at site.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming excavated soil in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each, back in trenches after cables have been laid and tested , poles, stays, struts have been erected and tested all as specified and directed at site.

Removing excavated surplus soil (Soft/Loose soil) obtained from exavation to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and deposting where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point all as specifed and directed.

Material and labour for sand cushioning with a layers of dry clean Ganga river sand 8 cm thick before laying of cable and 15 cm thick after laying of cable in trenches complete all as specified. Note: Punned thickness 18 cm shall only be measured.

Supply and laying old size sub class 'B' bricks laid flat in trenches over the cable with the length of brick perpendicular to the direction of cable length, adjacent/abutting each other for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for boring of holes under road/drain/PCC path by manual method for inserting upto 40 mm dia light GI tubing for cable protection in minimum 60 mm depth from normal ground level all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying 40 mm dia GI tubing light grade complete with all fittings (ISI Marked) laid in trenches/fixed complete to wall and ceiling or laid in floors, trenches, under road crossing, fixed on poles/walls for cable protection all as specified.

M&L for fixing of LT cable route indicator aluminium cast material, 100 mm dia, round with 5-6 mm thick, two hole for mounting, 3 mm Embossed letter as appropriate, including stand of made out of angle iron of size 40 x 40x 6mm thick of length 90cm (60 cm above ground level) as directed and to be grouted 2 feet from the ground level including all excavation and earth work complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for false ceiling with Semi perforated 12mm thick micro tegular edged GRG false ceiling tiles at all height (Minimum 4m height) with GRG (Glass Fibre Reinforced Gypsum) false ceiling tiles of Size 595 x 595 mm of approved texture,design & patterns having moisture content less than 2%, humitidy resistance of 99%, NRCO 0.50 to 0.75 as per IS 8225: 1987 , non combustible as per BS 476 (Part4) - 1970 and light reflectance of 85% (minimum) to be laid in true horizontal level suspended on inter locking metal T-grid of hot dipped galvanized iron section of 0.33mm thick (galvanized @ 120grams per sqm including both sides) comprising of main T-runners of size 15x32 mm of length 3000 mm, cross T of size 15x32 mm of length 1200 mm and secondary intermideate T of size 15x32 mm of length 600 mm to form grid module of size 600x 600 mm , suspended from ceiling using galvanized mild steel items (galvanizing @ 80 gram per sqm) i.e 50mm long, 8mm outer diameter M-6 dash fasteners, 6mm dia fully threaded hanger rod upto 1000 mm length and L shape level adjuster of size 85x25x2 mm. Galvanised iron perimeter wall angle of size 25 x 25x 0.40 mm of length 3000 mm to be fixed on periphery wall/partition with the help of plastic rawl plugs at 450 mm center to centre and 40 mm long dry wall wood screws. The work shall be carried out as per specification, drawings and as per direction of the Engr-in-Charge.

S & F rolled mild steel joist, channel, angle, tee or hollow sections, fixed independently or support for holding ceiling as required confirming to grade E-250 (Fe-410W quality) of any size and shape complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

NOTE applicable for item no 1 to 7,10 to 14: Contractor shall provide guarantee for flame proof items as per OEM but not less 02 years from the actual date of completion.
