INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION WORKS

Material and labour for concealed point wiring for one light point/bell point controlled by one switch complete with 1.5 sqmm (nominal cross sectional area) FRLS PVC insulated multi-stranded copper conductor in and including suitable size heavy duty non-metallic rigid PVC conduit (ISI marked) including fittings & accessories including MS concealed terminal boxes with 3mm thick plastic laminated bakelite (Hylum) sheet top cover for mounting switch socket etc including 1.5 sqmm FRLS PVC copper conductor multi-stranded as earth wire connected to the common earth dolly complete all as specified and directed. Note;- (i) Switches, sockets, lamp holder, ceiling rose, bell, light fittings shall be measured and paid for separately. (ii) Cutting chases shall be carried out by using electrically operated mechanical cutter and the cost thereof shall deemed to be included in lump sum cost of respective building.

Note : 04 runs of PVC cable 4 sqmm & 02 runs of earth wire 4 sqmm with 01 run of PVC conduit shall be considered as one unit.

Supply and fix exhaust fan 450 mm sweep, 1400 rpm, single phase, 230 volt, heavy duty, metalic body with lovered shutter including provision of three core flexible cable of required length of size 23/.0076 from ceiling rose/ connector to fan terminal, fixing the fan on wall with suitable size of nuts, bolts & washers complete all as specified and directed. Note: Cost of opening in wall and grouting of bolts shall be deemed included in the lump sum cost of the building.

Supply and fix exhaust fan 300 mm sweep, 900 rpm, single phase, 230 volt, heavy duty, metalic body with lovered shutter including provision of three core flexible cable of required length of size 23/.0076 from ceiling rose/ connector to fan terminal, fixing the fan on wall with suitable size of nuts, bolts & washers complete all as specified and directed. Note: Cost of opening in wall and grouting of bolts shall be deemed included in the lump sum cost of the building.

RAIN WATER HARVESTING WORKS

Trial Boring holes for 300 mm dia in normal available strata upto 50 m depth by mechanical mehod including removal of surplus soil to a distance n. exc 50 metre complete all as specified and directed.

All as per description of item No. 4.01 here-in-before but depth exceeding 50 metre but not exceeding 75 metre

Supply and fix PVC pipe 150 mm bore class 'A' of pressure rating 6Kg/cm² including all necessary fitting complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix perforated/slotted PVC pipe 150 mm dia class 'A' including all necessary fittings complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for pea gravel packing including jute cloth as filter media 3mm to 5mm size around PVC pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for filling pea gravel in RWH of size 12.5mm coarse aggregate upto a height of 0.50 metre complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for filling pea gravel in RWH of size 3mm to 5mm upto a height of 0.50 metre complete all as specified and directed.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY WORKS

Supply, install, testing and commissioning step down distribution transformer 200 KVA, copper wound, Outdoor type, 11000/433 volt, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 cycles, naturally oil cooled type, suitable for outdoor installation, connected delta on HV side and star on LV side with neutral brought out LT side with solid earthing system with off load tap changing switch on HT side to vary secondary voltage upto +7.5 % in steps of 2.5% each with in limit and with standard accessories like oil temperature with indicator for highest temperature gauge, silica gel, breather assembly, oil conservator tank with oil filling hole duly plugged, with bare HV and LV bushings, CI roller wheel, lifting lugs, explosion vent, air release plug, earthing terminals, oil drain valve of gun metal with plug, oil filter valve with plug, name rating and diagram plate, oil level indicator and arching horn set and other fittings/ accessories and for standard requirement first fill oil all as per IS:1180 EEL3 (with upto date amended) including connections complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Pre-commissioning test shall be carried out by the SEI for which all arrangements shall be made by the contractor without any extra cost. (ii) Standard connected accessories/ fittings in addition to above as required shall be provided and cost of same is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (iii) Contractor will submit technical specification from approved manufacturer comprising of the above specifiecation to GE and take approval before palcing order. connections complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing lightening arrester metal oxide type complete with all fittings, transmission class, discharge capacity 65 kilo amp as per IEC 99.4 effectively earthed complete suitable for 11 KV, HT over head line complete including nuts, bolts, clamps, bracket etc and connecting with GI earth wire, complete all specified and directed

Supply and fix bracket made out of 40 mm bore GI medium grade tube 1.5 metre long, including cutting, welding and bent to shape at 120 degree angle, fixed with clamps nuts and bolts, washer complete all as specified (Note: Clamps, nut, bolts and washers will be measured and paid separately).

Supply and fixing LT Cable junction box environment friendly, recyclable, halogen & silicon free, anti acid & anti corrosive, made of Polycarbonate with glass fiber reinforced, and size not less than 255mm x 205mm x 112 mm (upto Cable Size 25sq.mm), rated for Degree of ingress Protection IP 66/69 in accordance with IEC 60529.Weatherproof UV-resistant, rainwater-proof, temperature-resistant. The gasket material of junction box shall be Polyurethane and the gasket shall be internally embedded. The manufacturer of Junction Box / Enclosure shall submit a copy of IEC Certificate . For better safety the Polycarbonate enclosure and shall be fire retardant & self - extinguishing in accordance with IEC 60695 - 2 - 11, DIN VDE 0304 Part - 3, UL Subject 94 for Flammability V-2. It should be tested at Glow Wire test for 960 degree Centigrade & Current Carrying Capacity upto 102Amps. EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY WORKS

Material & labour brick masonry valve pit of size 90 cm x 90 cm x 90 cm (internal size) with cover of mild steel sheet 3 mm thick and angle iron frame of size 40mm x40mm x 6mm duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including locking arrtangement, brick work built in cement mortar 1:4 external surfaces in contact with earth pointed flush with same mortar as the work proceeds and all inner and exposed suraces of pit plastered with 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 and painted with three coats of white wash, 100mm thick PCC base / foundation 1:4:8, type D-2, using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate, PCC bed plate 100mm thick on top of wall complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for Cutting the existing CI / DI pipe line 150 mm / 200mm dia for making branch connection of GI pipe of 80 mm including provision of 150 x 150 x 80 mm / 200 x 200 x 80 mm tee along with lead joints and connected earth work all as specified and directed.
