Taking down Cement Plaster, any description on Brick Walls or on Concrete Surfaces including raking out Joints, hacking for Key, scrubbing down with Water, etc., and removing same from the Site(s), complete all as specified and as directed. (4th floor and scafolding)

M & L 5 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 on brick work or concrete surface on ceiling finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

M&L for applying two coats of Anti fungal paint-APEX wting over a coat of primer to match the existing colour including preparation of newly plastered surface of wall.

M&L for Apply a coat of SmartCare Primero with dilution ratio of 1:1 with water maintain a coverage of 100 sq.ft/ltr

Providing and applying 20mm thick ready mix external sand faced cement plaster with neat cement rendering at all locations in two coats of masonry (except stone masonry) and concrete surfaces including providing water proofing compound to the first coat of plaster as per manufacturers specification, racking out joints, hacking of concrete surface, finishing, curing, scaffolding etc complete.

Preparation of new surface of wall by scrapping / rubbing, applying two coats of Advanced Anti-algal Weather Proof 100% Acrylic smooth emulsion with silicon additives, over a coat of fibre reinforced elastomeric liquid water proofing membrane. complete as per Manufacturere specifications Make: Asian paints Ultima Suprema+ Damp proof or eqlt.

Chipping off existing loose, damaged concrete from RCC members of all affected RCC stair case ,Columns, beams, slabs and chajjas on external and internal facades etc beyond main r/f.(if required in the opinion of the consultant), carefully with chisel and hammer including relieving structural members such as column, beam and slabs of their superimposed load partially or fully by provision of adjustable steel props, frames etc. Providing and applying "Rusticide SS' Rust passivator or equivalent as specified in the Brand names to existing r/f bars including wire brushing of r/f, cleaning, washing of concrete etc complete as directed. Providing and applying two coats of rust preventor slurry made out of "Polyalk Fixoprime" or equivalent as specified in the brand names and cement in proportion 1:1.5 to exising r/f bars as directed complete. Providing and applying bonding coat of slurry made out of "Polyalk EP" or equivalent as specified in the brand names and cement in proportion 1:1 to concrete and r/f substrates complete as directed. Providing and applying 'Polyalk EP' or equivalent as specified in the brand names. Polymer modified cement mortar in required porportion (1:5:15) to RCC members including hand packing, curing and making the surface rough for plastering.

Providing and laying Super fluid microconcrete-Roffe crete repairs (or equivalent as specified in the list of brand names) in beam bottoms, columns, slabs etc. including mixing with 5mm to 10mm size aggregates, water proof plywood/steel plate shuttering, pouring, tamping, consolidating, curing etc complete as per manufacturer's specification and consultant's instructions. The item shall be paid on actual consumption of microconcrete.

M/L Formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunch- ings, girders, bressummers, lintels, column ,cantilevers, shelves including sup- ports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc.

Material and labour for one coat of synthetic enamel paint on old painted steel surface of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L one coats of exterior emulsion paint ( Apex or weather coat) or water proof , white or tinted on old surfaces of walls including prepration of old surfaces and washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery,electrical fittings, wiring etc. , of drops and splashes complete all as specified .

Filling and reinstating of separation cracks: Opening the separation cracks at the junction of RCC and masonry where ever directed and instructed into "V" Grooves 2 to 3" from either side of the cracks by carefully marking areas to be opened up using a cutting machine and skillfully/carefully chiseling with a well sharpened chisel and hammer as directed including wire brushing and washing of concrete substrata and masonry walls with water jet to the surfaces thus prepared to the entire satisfaction of the consultant as instructed and directed. Moistening the cracks, provinding and applyin priming/bonding coat of slurry made out of "Polyalk EP" and cement (or equivalent as specified in the list of brand names) in proporiton 1:1 to surfaces prepared as instructed and directed. Filling the cracks/grooves by providing and applying "Polyalk EP" Polymer modified cement mortar (or equivalent as specified in the list of brand names) in proporiton 1:5:15 (Polyalk EP: Cement: Graded Sand/Quartz Sand) on the prepared surfaces and finishing it in the level with the existing plaster including hand packing, curing and making the surface similar to the external plastering using wooden floats/punch etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided

S & F Framed work such as grills,gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted,or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work con- forming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 fixed with fasteners.

Material & Labour for providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including provide floor cap of poles,welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description, over 10 Cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide premier.

Demolition of stone slab and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc, complete all as specified and directed

M & L for kota stone slab 20-25mm thick in skirting ,dado,riser, steps and pillar laid over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete.

M&L Machine cut kota slab flooring 20-25 mm thick and including (in one piece) at flooring, steps of staircase etc.over 15 mm thick screed bed of CM (1:4) laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete.
