SUBHEAD :WATER PROOFING:

Repair of leakage / seepage in the old brick coba water proofing by

application of Acrlic ready to use elastomeric liquefied polymer based roof

water proofing coating two or more coats applied over approved quality of

supporting geotextile/fibre mesh membrane laid over a primer coat applied

with same liquefied polymer material after cleaning and surface preparation

to form a monolithic and uniform fully boneded seamless and excellent UV

resistance elastomeric water proofing membrane with minimum thickness

of 1.5 - 2.00 mm with good tensile strength and elongation property to

ensure crack sealing and high resistance to rain water with a minimum

guarantee period of five years.

Note- Prior approval from Engineer Incharge shall be obtained after

application of approved sample of any make in a small area of 10 sqmtr as

per manufacturers specification and instruction. Leak proof warranty bond

for 5 years shall be submitted on Rs. 300.00 notarized stamp paper.

Providing and Applying 100% Acrylic Base chemical Rain coat, Cleaning the

surface properly, identifying the cracks, opening the cracks in V Groove,

filling the surface of crack with Asian Paints Crack Seal paste, applying 1

Repairing the existing China Mosiac by breaking the damaged portion and

applying new China mosaic with average thickness of 75-100mm

REMOVAL OF THE DEBRIS: -

Lowering down the debris obtained from breaking and removing the

cement plaster/waterproofing, RCC etc. by any means without causing dust

directed including cleaning the site and carting away the same outside the

building compound up to the municipal dump with all lead and lift complete

as per the direction of consulting Engineer/In-charge.

REMOVING & CLEANING OF EXISTING EXPANSION JOINT:

(VJTI) etc. complete followed by repair of kerb wall and surface preparation of

expansion joint

NDSR-6/MR INSTALLING BAKER ROD IN EXPANSION JOINT:-
