A-Supply of Conventional Signaling Items

Electric Point Machine IRS type 220 mm throw, high thrust (AC immunity 160V DC) rotary locking type, Non-Trailable to operate on 110V DC, complete with lock and detector slide, cable termination box and clamp lock & Ground connection as per specification No. IRS: S-24/2002 1 Amd-1 or latest and assembly Drg No.RDSO-S-11000 and RDSO S-3395A or latest with Clamp Point Lock 60 Kgs TWS, switch Extension Bracket (P-bracket)/Insulation Plate R.H/Insulation Plate L.H, IRS Pt. M/C-Detector rod (long & short). Lock rod (long & short), Drop Lug as per drg No. RDSO/S-3454 ALT A ver.1 or latest (suitable for 220 mm throw IRS Point machine) using 60 Kg rail, drawing of ground connections and P- bracket given in TS)

Ground connection- threaded type- suitable for clamp type point machine complete 2 set for 220mm stroke, Clamp type point machine, suitable to layout of 60 KG rail as per yard layout of BG- for all make of point machines as per instructions of Enineering-in-charge. Supply of single open End Spanner, Make Taparia or superior (Size: 50 mm).

Supply of 110 V DC motor gear box having IP 67 protection type 160 VAC immunity for point machine.

Main cover assembly complete for TWS 220 MM point machine comprising of Main 6 cover, Crank handle hole Sub. Assy, Key Hole lock sub . Assy, Door lock , Rubber gasket (C.H.Hole Lock Assy.), Crank Handle Hole lock Base, Crank Handle Hole lock Lid, Pin (for C.H. Hole Lock S/A), Rubber Gasket (C.H. Hole Lock Assy. Locking) Modification in cover as per consignee requirement may required to be done. Paint- Powder coated.

Galvanization charges for main cover.

GI pipe medium Grade (Class-B) 80 mm dia inside , wall thickness4.0 mm as per IS: 1239 part -I (2004) or latest . Inspection-Consignee.

Track lead junction box as per Drg. No- RST-11509 made from FRP (FRP material 15 conforming to RDSO/SPN/151/97 or latest) complete with terminal blocks & links along with FRP stump for mounting FRP assembly made of FRP Angel 30X30X 4 mm - 1mtr long (2 Nos) & 12 inch long (1No) along with Hardware as per TS.

Insulated 8 SWG GI wire soft suitable for track jumper as per IS:280/78 or latest.

Double walled corrugated (DWC) HDPE pipe of size 90 mm /76 mm having non flame 17 propogation and anti rodent properties berand teleRex/OtiRex or similar with protection as per IS 14930 Part-II mark on it,along with one snapfit coupler for each 6 mtr for underground power/signaling/telecommunication cable.

B-Execution of Signaling item.

Digging of cable trench, 1.2 Meter deep and 0.3 Meter wide including clearing of roots of trees and bushes and temporary obstruction on the selected route, as per technical specifications and cable route plan. a) In all type of soil including soft rock.

Laying of S&T Cable of different sizes as per cable route plan in the already dug trench with or without DWC pipe.

Back filling and consolidting of cable trench after laying of cable and then complete back filling & ramming of loose soil as per TS.

Laying of Double wall corrugated (DWC) pipe of all size with socket on rocky/ballast filled soil/under rack for track crossing as per technical specification and restoration of distrub ballast by screning and dressing as per instruction of engineer in site or his representative.

Installation, wiring andassociated work such asdrilling of switch,installation & adjustmentof ground machine of 110 V DC 220 mm throw IRSclamp type point machinefor 60 Kg 22 thick web switchwith removal of existingPoint machine as perstandard practice &approved drawing anddirection of supervisor incharge. It includes supplyand fixing of bend pipe fortaking tail cables insidepoint machine. All the required consumablestores viz lugs of suitablesizes, nuts & bolts, washeretc. for completion of theentire work should besupplied by the contractor.

Loading, unloading of Electric point machine and accessories. This includes dismantling of existing point machines and depositing the released gears in the SSE/Stores depot.

Installation & fixing of TLJB and providing connections with jumper wires withproper dressing under ballast as per direction of Railway supervisor incharge It include supply of all consumable items e.g.copper lugs, nuts & bolts,

Manpower for the above mentioned work.

Making bond hole and fixing bond wires / jumper wire with contractors bonding machine and drill bit as per TS (Supply of GI wire & bond pins are not in scope of work).

Transportation of HDT machine with accessories including handling of stores materials, preparation of site and boring for placing of 63 mm dia HDPE PIPE for crossing of 6 Quad and 33/40 mm dia HDPE PIPE for crossing of OFC cable together in one or more shotof suitable bore 27 size at bridges/ culverts / track/pucca road crossing.Boring trench shall be minimum 3(three) meter below the river bed and 1 (one) meter below the track / road/ pucca road crossing area. This includes supply of accessories for pulling HDPE pipes if any, cost of fuel and all other itemswhich will be required for laying of cable through it.Supply of HDPE pipe is covered in schedule .The work shall be executed as per technical specification. Boring upto thelength of 150 Mtrs

Boaring of S&T cables of pucca, road/track crossing and laying of cables through DWC/GI pipe.
