Dismantling and taking out 4 pole structure of Pre-stressed concrete pole/Steel pole of any size including breaking of PCC foundation and earth work etc and removal of debris where directed complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Dismantling old UNSV stay assy complete of any size complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge..

Dismantling of old UNSV ACSR Conductor of any size from HT/LT OH line complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Dismantling/taking down cross arms, bracings, support, clamp including nuts, bolts and washers complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Dismantling of insulators HT/LT of any size from removal or for refixing at site complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Dismantling of air break gang operated switches vertical/horizontal mounted including insulators and operating mechanism for repair/ replacement of broken/worn out components and insulators etc. or carrying to MES store yard complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured,, electric power cables (heavy duty) with standard aluminium conductor, 11000 Volts grade of size 95 sqmm, 3 core complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Supply and fixing cable route indicator for HT UG Cable of 11000 Volts bolted with 40 x 6 mm flat iron member of height 1 mtr, embedded in PCC 1 : 2 : 4 type B-1 of size 20 x 20 x 30 cm block complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Excavation in trenches any type of soil , n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m in depth or n.exc 10 Sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation of poles, laying cables etc and getting out complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Returning , filling in including, spreading , levelling , watering and well reamming in layers not exc. 25 cm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Removing excavated material n exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L for sand filling, in trenches or in foundation for cable protection including and consolidation complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge. Note: Thickness of sand shall be measured after punning

S & F in repair/replacement GI tubing light grade for cable protection of size 100 mm with all fitting and fixed to wall and celling or laid in floors/under road etc complete all as specdied and directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

S & F in repair GI tubing light grade of size 80 mm with all fitting and fixed to wall and celling or laid in floors/under road etc for cable protection complete all as specdied and directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

S&F in replacement un-reinforced pre-cast for cable protection concrete with peak cable cover class HVP type 1 of size 300mmx180mmx40mm laid flat, length of cover across the length of cable and old US PCC cover to be disposal off 100 mtr away from the site complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L for cutting upto of road/hard standing 30 cm width and depth of the road/hard standing nd making good disturbed surfaces by using PCC (1:3:6) type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate for fixing the pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M & L for Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology usingn ultra sound technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 150 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

S&F HT 11 KV Air break switch, gang operated and drop out fuse unit of 12 insulators complete with all accessories, mounted on insulator and steel frame, with operating mechanism working from ground level, for current rating up to 400 Amps including GI pipe of suitable size clamps, nuts, bolts and washers etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

S&F in replacement lightning arresterss expulsion type complete with all fittings, transmission class, discharge capacity 65 Kilo Amp suitable for 11000 Volts complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L for filling loose with aggregate of size 40 mm to 80 mm graded broken stone aggregate all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for in door termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 70 sq mm to 120 sq mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for out door termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for3 core XLPE armoured Al conductor cable of size 50 sq mm to 95 sq mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

S&F in replacement of drop out fuse unit two post insulator per pole complete complete with FRP fuse barrel chanel type of capacity 200Amps,11000 Volts with all acessories including nuts,bolts and washer etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L for Earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode of size 600x600x6 mm thick buried directly in ground with earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level connected to GI wire 4 mm dia earth lead by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts, washers of galvanised iron or steel, protected by galvanized iron pipe15mm bore (Light grade) all as directed including cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 earth pit with precast RCC (1:1.5:3) type A-1 cover slab of size 42 x 42 x10cm thick reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @ 15 cm c/c both ways with 10mm dia mild steel round bar of 30 cm long, bent to shape as lifting handle, funnel, wire mesh, 20 mm bore galvanized iron pipe (medium grade) for watering, earth testing point, charcoal or coke and salt in alternate layers with necessary earth work in soft/loose soil complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I including testing on completion all complete as specified and directed after taking down old earthing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge. Note: Cost of GI wire upto 7.5m including testing is included in the unit rate of item.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metre below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth of not less than 1.5 metre below ground level, earth plate surrounded by 15cm thick and packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt, connected to galvanised iron earth strip 32 x 6 mm thick fixed by means of bolts, nuts and washers of the earth wire galvanised iron or steel and thimbles and other end of the earth strips connected to earthing test point and protected by galvanised iron pipe light grade 40mm dia and watering pipe 20mm dia GI medium grade with socket and above ground level including earthwork, PCC chamber in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm stone aggregate, cast iron cover, wire mesh etc all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of MES Schedule Part-I of SSR-2009 complete and all as specified and direcrted by Engr-in-charge Notes :- (i) 20 mm dia GI pipe for watering to be provided with a socket and plug and should be 30 cms above ground level. (ii) Cost of earth lead GI strip connecting upto pump,Gen set,LT panel and DBs earth connection or earthing test point is included in this item (7.50RM). (iii) GI pipe 40 mm dia protection pipe shall be provided upto Ground level.

M&L for painting with synthetic enemel paint after preparation to 4 pole structure of HT steel tubular pole 11 mtr long including clamps,brackets,chanels,cross arms,bracing support and supporting pipe of cables etc including zebra painting at bottom up to 1.5 mtr above from the PCC coping and writing pole No with white paint complete etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

All as per item No 28 herein before but for 2 pole structure including cross arm,bracings etc.

Supply and fixing Anti-climbing device; spikes type fabricated out of M.S. bars (round, square and flat) including nuts, bolts, washers and welding in two halves made to shape to suit the cross section of the pole complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Supply and fixing Danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for HT, 25x20cm size

Supply and fix self adhesive reflective radium stickers 75 mm wide around the street light poles 1.5 above ground level complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Supply and errect steel tubular swaged pole complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws all as specified type 410 SP - 55(11.0M Long) as per is-2713(Part-III)of 1980 and applied three coats of aluminium paint over a coat aluminium under red oxide primer to the exposed surfaces all as directed including dismentling existing pole complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge. Note:Excavation and concrete shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of BoQ.

M&L for fabrication of cross arms bracings supports,clamps and back plates,iron stainer, water gate, ladder for clear water tank etc as required structural steel section including nuts, bolts, washers, welding,bending, cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size and including one coat of primer and one under coat and one finishing coat of paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in charge.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8), type-D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete for foundation of pole etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L for PCC (1 : 3: 6) type C2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4), type B-1 using 20mm gradred stone aggregate as in coping including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

S&F pin type,porcelain,vitreous,white,brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle,two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 150 mm height,150 mm dia for 11000 volts grade complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

S&F disc type insulator, porcelain,vitreous 145 mm high and 145 mm dia ball and socket type,white,brown or green 'Two in series' assembly for tension with tension clamps for conductors,suitable for working pressure 11000 volts grade complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in repair loop type insulator, vitrous porcelain, white brown or green large size with overall dimensions 90x140 mm clearance of hole 25.5 mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in replacement of galvanised stay wire with stay strand 7/4mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Supply and fixing stay assembly complete with accessories as shown electrical plate No. 1 of SSR Part I for HT poles with 20 mm dia stay rod complete all as specifed and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Loop type insulator excavation and concrete will be measured and paid seperately under relevant item of BoQ.

Supply and fixing in replacement Galvanised steel wire 3.15 or 4mm dia for earth wire complete all as specified and directed. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Note : A sum of Rs. 78895.00 will be deducted on account of credit for taken down material.
