Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning etc. and hoisting, reconnecting and re-fixing in position of exc. 250 litres & not exc. 500 litres capacity of tanks,Date of cleaning of tank will be marked on the tank by stencil with synthetic enamaled paint in uniform size, Size of letters & numbers should be 40mm. complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling, floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling Asbestos Cement Corrugated or Semicorrugate in Roof covering

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick AZ 150 of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified. (MAKE - DYNAROOF/JINDAL/TATA )

Dismantling timber scantling 40 Sqcm and over in section in any position as in unframed works such as roof purlins, rafters, fillets ,ridges etc as in ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L mild steel (Fe 410W, Gde 250) work as roof trusses (framed) trussed, purlins, crane gantries ,rails and fastenings and heavy brackets framing (beams, tee, angle, channels or flat sections) etc complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in padding, levelling to roof/sunken slab and roof kerbs etcwith liquid water proofing solution (mixed @ 150ml in 50 Kg of Cement by weight), finished even and fair with proper slope as prepatory works to water proofing treatment, complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Water proofing compound, as required, shall be measured & paid separately under respective item only)

Removing existing water proofing treatment by brushing with wire brush, cleaning of terracing by taking down cement concrete, existing plaster lime cova 80 to 100mm thick mud phuska/cement concrete/lime cova etc, cleaning of all foreign material such as fungus mass dust etc, roughing surface of corner to roof by wire brush complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in padding levelling etc and roof kerbs, complete all as directed.

M&L for 10 mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound @ 0.20 Ltr/bags on roof surface when concrete is green, complete all as specified and directed (Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

M&L water proofing treatment to roof slab with APP based modified polymeric membrane centre core 100mm microne HMHDPE outer flim 20 micron each having thickness 3 mm weight not less than 3kg/Sqm with 100mm overlap laid as per manuacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge with following course of description below:-

(a) 1st coat applying bitumen primer confirming to IS-3384-1965 @ 0.40 Kg/Sqm to be applied on prepared roof surface till the surface is properly impregnated

(b) 2nd coat of bonding material using blown type bitumen conforming to IS-702 of grade 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm

(c) 3rd course ie. laying of APP Based modified membrane described herein before with 100mm overlap in longitudinal direction and 150mm in transverse direction, all joints and changes in all direction should be covered covered with cement mortar (1:3) mixed with SBR latex @ 200ml per bag of cement and cured well before laying the membrane.

(d) Forth course of bounding materialusing blown grade bitumen 85/25 conforming to IS-702 @ 1.20 Kg Per Sqm and over spread course sand for making roughening the surface to receive the next layer treatment.

(e) Applying one coat of bituminious aluminium paint @ 0.20 Kg Per Sqm over APP membrane.

M & L Plain Cement concrete tiles with grey cement and pigment of size 20cm x 20cm x 20mm thick,m a c h i n e pressed; set jointed and pointed with neat cement slurry mixed with grey and pigment, laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 mixed with liquid water compound @ 0.20 ltr/ bag of cement. placed on accessible roof surfaces all as spesified and directed. (Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

M&L for demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position of WC’s/Bathroom etc in sunken portion area, removing demolished material completely and old waste pipe from sunken portion and cleaning the side/bottom surface of sunken floor with wire brush, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:3 on fair faces of brick work and concrete surfaces duly mixed with liquid WPC @ 150 ml in 50 Kg of cement by weight, on vertical and bottom surface, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The WPC will be measured and paid separately.

M&L for 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (12.5mm grade stone aggregate) as in padding duly mixed with liquid WPC @ 150 ml in 50 Kg of cement by weight, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The WPC will be measured and paid separately.

M&L for PCC 1:5:10 type E2 (40mm grade stone aggregate) as in mass concrete, filling in two layers in sunken portion, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of cement slurry consist of first layer of cement slurry with cement @ 0.488 Kg/Sqm duly mixed with acrylic based polymer modified cementation composite compound @ 0.253 Kg/Sqm, allowed for air curing for 04 Hrs; second layer of cement slurry with cement @ 0.242 Kg/Sqm duly mixed with acrylic based polymer modified cementation composite compound @ 0.126 Kg/Sqm, allowed for air curing for 04 Hrs; filling with water for ponding test for 48 Hrs for checking for leakage proofing, complete all as specified and directed.
