Material & Labour for dismantling of old/unserviceable Hot water Generator complete of any capacity after disconnecting of all electrical connections , and MS water pipe lines and dismantling rusted MS base frame & bricks column/PCC foundation and Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of new Hot water Generator set of capacity 75 kW Vertical indoor type, working pressure 100, seamless copper tube, electric immersion (water resistance) type heater, test pressure 250 psi , auto step controller, high/low level cut-off , with all connected accessories including necessary brick work foundation with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved with 1:4 cement mortar similar to existing foundation in size and specifications including angle iron fabrication work for base frame, complete all as specified and as directed.

Servicing and repairing of electrical operated hot water generator of different Capacity complete with automatic and safety controls such as safety valve, purge valve, high limit cut out, automatic and manual reset, low level cut out stop controller, thermostat, heaters including replacement of defective/ unsv parts with complete all as per specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of Hot water Generator Step controller with taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of Hot water generator digital display unit connected to controller with taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of Relay card of Hot water Generator with taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old unserviceable MS pipes and Supplying laying , commissioning & testing mild steel (Heavy) 'C' class pipe of size 80 mm dia on exposed surface / underground (in trenches) including welding works, connections with existing chilled water line, chiller, pump, fabrication of bends, MS flange, tees, reducers, shoe, support (brick masonry block & wooden support for underground / MS angle- clamp & wooden support for exposed surface) along with priming coat of steel primer as per standard specification complete all specified and as directed. Note:- (i) The rates quoted by the contractor shall deemed to include the cost of MS fittings required during laying of MS Pipes. (ii) The Pipes of sizes 150 mm & below shall be M.S. ‘C’ class as per IS : 1239 and pipes size above 150 mm shall be heavy class of thickness min. 7mm as per IS: 3589.

M&L for cleaning inside surface of Air supply return/exhaust ducts all grills, dampers & diffusers of HVAC system by using high power vacuum air compressor, robotic camera air hammer, special nozzle, air sweep with other required accessories giving/showing inspection of dust before and after cleaning of duct upto the satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge. Note :- (A) The contractor is responsible for any damage/breakage caused at the time of cleaning and the contractor will repair/replace the same without any extra cost to the Govt. (B) The mesurement of cleaning of Duct shall be mesured as per the room area the duct is feeding.

Material and Labour for frame work with angle iron for frame support, with fabrication, welding joining including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for maintenance of AHU supply panel / feeder pillar/LT panel indoor/outdoor type including removing the carbonized/melted sparked thimbles, cleaning the carbonized bus bar making cable ends fresh and supply and crimping new thimbles/lugs and fixing the cable on bus bar/MCCB/Main switch/MCB including providing new nut bolts and washer if required greasing the doors of feeder pillar/LT panel outdoor/indoor type complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair/replacement of existing AHU door including nut,bolt,door lock,door glass,door handle,door hinges etc complete all as per specified and directed

Supply and fixing of fire proof double layered canvas cloth connection for indoor outlet including inspection opening complete with flanges made out of 22 GSS Sheet on both side for connection to Indoor and duct with nuts , bolts complete all as specified and directed.
