Supply and fixing of pathway light in Airforce Gate to Harjendra Nagar Market Lal Bangla, Kanpur Part-1

Supply and laying of 10 sq. mm 4 core aluminium conductor PVC insulated armoured served sheathed cables 1100 Volts grade at a depth of 750 mm below ground level over a cushion of 75 mm. thick sand all around and protected with burnt bricks on sides and on top as directed by the Engineer-Incharge complete in all respect. including excavation and refilling. The armouring of the cable shall be properly connected with the earth conductor by clamps etc.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm G.I strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of G.I. nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm)

S/Laying of 6 SWG GI wire complete.

Supply and fixing of 2.750 mtr. Decorative pole of approved make ( Base plate 12 mm thick) having 3 mm, thickness complete with aluminium cast duly polyurethane painted, electric cable, backelite sheet, MCB & foundation bolt with 1:2:4 RCC foundation bolt including the cost of foundation, excavation & back filling and Required T & P complete in all respect.

Supplying and fixing of 50 Watt LED Light, with matching colour to pole, Aluminium die cast & Spun housing, poly carbonate diffuser for uniform light distribution, water proof potted driver with 80 % efficiency, internal surge protection up to 4 KVA, color rendering index>70, Power fector >0.90, IP 65 ingress protection, Efficacy>110 Lm/watt, Input Voltage AC 100-270 Volt/50 HZ.
