Removing unserviceable nylon newar from charpoy GI Pipe, tightning complete charpoy i.e loose checknuts ,elbows,Long rails and short Rails and S&F Ply wood 12mm thick commercial type, BWR Grade ISI Marked of size 1980x900mm and three Nos MS Flat iron of size 30mm x 5mm of required length between the long Rail on Equal distance to provide more strength to ply wood. Three Nos flat iron of size 30mm X 5mm of reqd length shall be welded between the long rails on equal distance. Ply wood shall be fixed to the GI frame using 16 Nos of GI washers of suitable size / thickness on top to maintained the plywood top in level position, nuts shall be tightned with check nuts. Stiffner shall be painted with two coats of synthetic enameled paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed. (FD-220)

Removing old unserviceable long rail from GI pipe Charpoy and S&F new long rail of size 1884mm long made out of 32 mm bore medium grade GI Pipe duly threaded on both ends and fixing to charpoy complete all as specified and directed. (FD-220) Note :- The items includes threading both sides in new long rail also.

Fixing only short rail of size 814 mm long duly threaded on both ends made out from dismantled long rail including dismantled of old U/S short rail all as specified in drg and complete all as specified and directed

Fixing only legs short rail of size 394 mm long one side treaded made out from dismantled short rail including dismanled of old U/S legs complete all as specified and directed.

Removing old unserviceable three way elbow and supply and fixing new elbow 32 mm bore (ISI marked) to GI Pipe charpoy, complete all as specified and directed. (FD-220)

Removing old unserviceable check nuts and supply and fixing new check nuts 32 mm bore 6mm thick to GI Charpoy, complete all as specified and directed. (FD-220)

Cleaning GI Charpoy all the surfaces of thoroughly by using abrasive cloth as Per trade practice & applying synthetic enamelled two coats of paint olive green/fawn colour/as per Engr-inCharge over a coat of red oxide Primer complete all as specified and directed. (FD-220)
