Material and labour for Preparation of old decorated surfaces (plastered/unplastered) of walls/pillars /cornices by removing / scraping down all loose particle, smoke soot, moulds, moss & efflorescent salts, oil & greasy spots etc with using broom / steel patti / wire brush / sand papering or by any other mean including applying white cement based putty where required for filling to depressions/nail holes/light cracks etc and to make the surface even and smooth ,upto entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge and after preparing the surface smooth applying one coat of white wash with using paint brush complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Please note that further finishes work will start only after approval of the prepared surface from the GE as well as Engineer In Charge.

Complete removal of existing treatment of any type/description from walls/ Rcc surfaces/ ceiling/ chajjas/ roof projections etc with mechanical means/ grinder complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : The contractor will inform to the GE as well as Engineer-in-Charge for site inspection before applying further finishes. Please note that further finishes work will start only after approval of the prepared surface from the GE as well as Engineer In Charge.

M&L for applying acrylic thick wall care putty on surfaces of walls/ ceilings/ soffits (thickness may vary from 1.5 to 2.0mm as reqd for desired smoothness and levelling of surfaces in two or more layers) by using ready made wall care putty including sand papering after filling the putty to make surfaces smooth and ready for recieving painting etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: (i) The prepared wall surface after wall putty, the contractor will inform to the GE as well as to the Engineer in charge for site inspection before applying further finishes. Please note that the further finishes work will start only after the approval of prepared surface from GE as well as to the Engineer in charge through site order.

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment (any layers of existing treatment ) from walls/pillars/cornices by scraping down with using steel patti , upto entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge, brooming and washing down with water including applying white cement based putty where required for filling to depressions to make the surface even and , upto entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge, and after that applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer as per approved tint/colour with using paint brush/roller brush, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE : - Complete removal /scraping of old existing treatment as directed by Engineer-in-charge, each stage (i.e) after complete removal and before applying Cement based primer & paint as specified above, the surface shall be passed in writing by the Engineer-in-charge in site order book.

Material and labour for preparation of old surfaces (plastered/unplastered) of walls/pillars /cornices by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scraping down smoke soot, moulds, moss & efflorescent salts, oil & greasy spots etc including applying white cement based putty where required for filling to depressions to make the surface even and smooth , upto entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge, Preparation of surfaces and applying one coats of exterior emulsion weather coat paint (weather coat APEX, 100% Exterior grade) (light shade) with highlighter of any approved shade @ 5 sq.m/litre/2 coats by using roller to external wall/ RCC surfaces/soffits of chajjas/ Roof projections/ cantilevers/ balcony etc surface over & including a coat of interior wall primer @ 11 sqm/litre/1 coat as recommended as under coat by manufacturer of exterior emulsion by using following brands of emulsion and primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (i) The prepared surface after wall putty, the contractor will inform to the GE as well as Engineer-in-Charge for site inspection before applying further finishes. Please note that further finishes work will start only after approval of the prepared surface from the GE as well as Engineer In Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted (plastered/unplastered/concrete) surfaces of any description over 10cm girth or width, not otherwise described of walls/pillars /cornices by removing / scraping down all smoke soot, moulds, moss & efflorescent salts, oil & greasy spots etc with using broom / steel patti / wire brush / sand papering or by any other mean as required, upto entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge after preparing the surfaces and applying one coats of interior plastic emulsion paint (light shade)@ 10 sq.m/litre/2 coats by using roller/brush to wall surface over & including a coat of interior wall primer @ 10 sqm/litre/1 coat as recommended as under coat by manufacturer of interior emulsion by using following brands of emulsion and primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (i) The prepared surface after wall putty, the contractor will inform to the GE as well as Engineer-in-Charge for site inspection before applying further finishes. Please note that further finishes work will start only after approval of the prepared surface from the GE as well as Engineer In Charge.
