Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including quoins and arches and disposing rubbish (not brick bats) out of cantonment area complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Demolition and breaking up 150/200mm bore drain pipes (salt glazed ware or AC pipe) set in cement mortar and taking out from trenches complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge
Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in floors/paving, mass concrete (below or above ground level) not exc 15 cm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Demolition of RCC slab, drain cover landing chajjas and similar suspended work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Material and labour for clearing blockage of WC or EWC by opening inspection door bend and using Roding / pressure technique to clear blockage and removing the garbage out of the cantonment area without creating any nuisance and make the site neat & tidy to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
Material and labour for clearing blockage of Gully/floor traps to first man hole by Roding/pressure to clear blockage and removing the garbage out of the cantonment area without creating any nuisance and make the site neat & tidy to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
Material and labour for clearing blockage of sewage line between two manholes by pressure pumping / Roding and removing the garbage out of the cantonment area make the site neat & tidy to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
Note : (a) In case on cleaning sewage line, the blockage of IWC/EWC & GT, FT to first manhole gets cleaned automatically then again if blocked within seven days then payment of later complaints, shall not be allowed. (b) Similarly in case of cleaning of first manhole, IWC/EWC & GT, FT gets cleared & again it is blocked in within seven days then payment of later complaints shall not be allowed. (c) Also in case on cleaning of sewage line between two manholes, blockage of IWC/EWC & GT, FT to first manhole gets cleared & again it is blocked within seven days then payment of later complaint shall not be allowed. (d) JE(Civil) and Engineer-in-Charge shall be responsible for checking the actual position and payment irrespective of Nos of Complaints.
Material and labour for pumping out liquid or semi liquid sludge from sewage wells or septic tanks of any size or any depth mechanically and an open trench shall be made for disposal/ evaporation of liquid sludge. After use, the whole area shall be covered with bleaching powder and covered with soil about 15cm thick complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: During the cleaning of sewage wells, the alertnate arrangements shall be made by contractor by temporary pumping for clearing sewage disposal.
Material and labour for cleaning sewage lines dia 150mm or 200mm or 300mm as in main central sewage system irrespective of there depth by Roding and other mechanical methods and make it functional by removing & taken out sludge & also disposs off sludge out side MD land (Length of line shall be measured from manhole to manhole) complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Depth not exc 1.50m starting from GL.
Material and labour for cleaning of existing septic tank and sewage well (by closing the existing sewage system at last man hole and providing temporary Katcha drain for flow of sewage water), removing man hole cover and dewatering the liquid waste by mechanical pumping, removing the solid sludge mechanically up to the bottom of septic tanks and sewage well of any size including depositing the solid sludge in the pit providing by digging in near by septic tank of appropriate size, Covering the pit with bleaching powder and then by natural earth about 15cm thick layer, soil obtained from excavation after filling the solid sludge and making good completely hygienic, Opening the man hole after cleaning and relaying the man hole cover, complete work to be executed to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge and as directed at site.
Material and labour for breaking up/puncturing existing badly blocked line and clearing the blockage by excavating line as a manhole of suitable depth and size at site all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge [Different items involved in excavating brick work plastering etc will be paid under different items of Sch A (BOQ).
Material and labour for soakage wells of size 1.80 m dia & 4.50 m deep, excavation, in any type of soil, foundation in PCC 1:3:6 wells of honey combed brick masonry in cement mortor 1:4 and cover slab in RCC 1:1 1/2 : 3, type A-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate, PCC band in type B-1 (1:2:4) including interconnecting pipes, filling with brick bats complete all as specified and as shown in drawings and as by Engineer-in-charge.
Excavation in trenches in soft / loose soil not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre deep for foundation, laying of pipes including forming the bottom surface to required level etc., and for manholes not exceeding 10 Sq.m area on plan and for similar works and getting out complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Material and labour for lean cement concrete 1:5:10 type E-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Material and labour for brick work built in cement mortar 1:4 using sub class B bricks (old size) straight or curved in plan exc 6.00 m mean radius complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
All as per item No 15 above but except bricks.
Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortor (1:4) on walls with and including mixing of with water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions (if not instructed then wpc @3% by weight of cement) on brick or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Supply only water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.
Material and labour for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in drains, coping, benching, water troughs, including weathering , slightly rounded or chamfered, and throating including form work complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Material and labour for precast cement concrete as in cover slabs 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) set in cement mortar (1:6) complete after placing in position over septic tanks/manhole covers/drain covers complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Material and labour for Reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) as in slab of septic tank, soak well, etc supported on walls, beams & columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deckslabs & in shelves & the like etc complete all as specified and as directed.
Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregates) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.
Use and waste of formwork with fair finished flat concrete surfaces such as soffits of suspended slab, such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings & similar work, n exc 200mm thick, horizontal or sloping complete all as specified and directed.
Use and waste of formwork to edges of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors, window cills, concrete railings, openings in concrete walls, floor and roofs n exc 20cm wide and sides of RCC/PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and similar work exc 10cm but n exc 20cm wide complete all as specified and directed.
Material and labour for Mild steel TMT bars 6 to 8 mm dia cut to length, bent to shape including cranking bending, and binding with MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
