Brick work using country bricks 8 3/4"x4 1/4"x2 3/4" in cement mortar1:4 (1 cement and 4 parts of crushed stone sand) for over 23cm thick walls including curing,etc.,complete upto basement.(upto 1m high aboveG.L.) (The crushed stone sand to be used on brick work shall conform to IS 2116-1980)

Plastering with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement and 4 P sand)12mm thick including curing, etc., complete.

Painting the new plastered walls with two coats of Exterior emulsion paint (weather proof ) first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping,clean removal of dirt,etc.,complete and including necessary plaster paris,putty etc., wherever required.as per (ISI STD) (It must provide excellent resistance against the growth of algae and fungi on the walls. And it must offer excellent protection against alkali and UV degradation and the durability period should be 5 years.

Roofing with galvanised corrugated iron sheets (thickness of sheet 0.8mm) including 'J'bolts and nuts with bitumen washers,etc.,complete (ISI STD).

FALSE CEILING WITH GYPSUM BOARD Providing and fixing suspended false ceiling using SAINT - GOBAIN GYPROC or Equivalent make which includes providing and fixing GI perimeter channel of size 0.50mm thick having one flange of 20mm and another flange of 30mm and a web of 27mm along with perimeter of ceiling, screw fixed to brickwall / partition with the help of nylon sleeved and screws at 610mm centres. Solid panel PVC door with frame Solid PVC door shutters using 19 gauge 19mm MS sq..tubes for styles and outer frames. 15mm MS sq.tubes for top, lock and bottom rails.
