Clearing Grass and Removal of Rubbish (Maximum 150mm) by manual means and disposal at a lead of 50 metres as per MoRT&H specification clause 201.

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pit with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting by vibratory roller to 10 tonne to meet requirement of table 300-2 including cost of compensation for earth taken from private land complete as per MoRT&H specification clause 305. (Lead taken upto 5 km)

Providing, laying and spreading of granular sub-base by providing coarse graded Material (Table 400-2), spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing BY MIX IN PLACE METHOD with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per MoRT&H specification clause - 401 including all material, machinery, lighting, guarding and maintenance of diversion.

Providing and laying lean cement concrete 1:4:8 in Sub-base over a prepared sub-grade with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS:383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, aggregate cement ratio not to exceed 15:1, aggregate gradation after blending to be as per table 600-1, cement content not to be less than 150 kg/cum, optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction, concrete strength not to be less than 10 Mpa at 7 days, mixed in concrete mixer, laid manually, compacted with surface vibrator, finishing and curing complete as per clause 601, 112 of MoRT&H specification including all material, labour, machinery, lighting, guarding and maintenance of diversion.

Providing and fixing of precast concrete interlocking tiles of desired shape of M 30 grade manufactured from fully computerized automatic stationery hydraulic vibrio pressed machine and fully computerized automatic batching plant of class A1/A2 as per BS 6717:2001. The CC interlocking paving blocks are laid on average 50mm thick bed of coarse sand and the joint is to be filled with fine sand. Laying procedure on compacted sub-base as defined. Complete job to be executed as per the instruction of Engineer in-charge. The rates to be inclusive of all lead & Lifts etc. complete as per specifications. Tensile splitting strength, abrasion and braking load etc. as per BS 6717:2001. Grey cement, 80mm thick.

Providing and laying cast-in-situ cement concrete M-20 grade kerb stone channel top and bottom width 115 and 165 mm respectively, 250mm high laid with kerb laying machine, on 150 mm thick PCC M-10 grade foundation (laid manually) as per design, including fixing at site as per clause 408 of MoRT&H Specification including all material, labour, machinery, lighting, guarding and maintenance of diversion. Using Concrete Batching and Mixing Plant.

Supply installation testing & Commissioning of high mast lighting system (as per I.P. of ILP UK technical report no 7 of ILP UK / BS:875 Part-1-2015/BSEN10025/IS:2062) consisting of totally hot dip galvanised by piecewise single dipped method high mast, lantern carriage suitable for up to 12 nos luminaries with welded arm (excluding luminaires), mast head frame assembly with full cover, including 1 No. LED is 15 Watts aviation obstruction lights, double drum type self sustaining winch, integral tool box accessible from door with padlocking arrangement (winch motor with control circuit) hot dipped galvanised heavy duty pipe lightening finial, Stainless steel 6 mm dia. wire ropes (AISI 316, 7/19 construction 3 no. rope for lantern carriage & 2 no. rope for winch assembly) foundation bolt, torque limiter, EPR insulated PCP sheathed 5 core x 2.5 Sq.mm trailing cable, including outdoor type control panel for auto on/off, reverse/forward motor operation. The mast is constructed from mild steel plates (as per IS 5986 Gr. 510) and folded to form a polygonal section, telescopic joints and welding as per BS 5135 etc. as required on Existing Foundation. (See table P-03 for specs.) OEM Must have Type test certificate for wind tunnel test. All as per pre approved by Engineer in-charge. Providing and Laying RCC Foundation for Octagonal / Conical Street Light poles, High mast Poles as per Drawing attach at Table P-4 with Following Procedure & All as per pre approved by Engineer in-charge, For additional technical parameters of products/work, refer Annexure A attached with BSR. A) Excavation of Pit for Foundation Size upto required depth from Ground level. B) Dressing of Pit and Dry stone pitching 200 mm thick including supply of stones and preparing surface complete. C) Providing and laying in position cement concrete of M-10 grade of 75 mm thickness. D) Reinforcement for R.C.C. work with TMT bars including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete. E) Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for Footing and Pedestal. F) Providing & Fixing of 2 no. Required Size PLB HDPE Pipe & Foundation Bolt with template as per OEM Recommendations. G) Providing and Laying Reinforce cement Concrete of M-25 grade in Footing and Pedestal including Curing the foundation for 7 days. H) Providing and Fixing Nosing Angle 40 mm x 40 mm x 6mm with 2 no. 100 mm long, 10 mm dia. lugs on each face. Pole Foundation for Octagonal pole from 10 Mtr. To 12 Mtr.

Providing & Fixing of IK08 IP-66 protected high power LED flood light system with single piece pressure diecast aluminium housing, toughened glass diffuser with suitable lenses on LED to achieve various beam angles, of high power LED of 3 to 5 watt each. Integrated potted driver as a unique BIS R number having efficiency more than 85% and in compliance to BIS certified and Trade mark certificate. The System level Luminaire efficacy >=125 lm/wt. LED driver Input Voltage AC 120 to 270 V AC with High voltage Cutoff (>=300 V AC and Auto resetting Safety Power Factor >0.95, THD(I) <10%, driver cut-off >=750mA, driver should be Phase to phase protection of 440 V for 4 Hrs. Electrical Connector, Surge Protection Min >=4KV internal and 10KV external but inside driver compartment, System life of 50000 Burning hours with 70% of Initial Lumens maintained, CRI>70 and CCT 5700K ±355K. Manufactures Word Mark/Name Engraved/Embossed/Screaming on die cast housing to allow traceability/authenticity. Fixture shall be IS 10322 Complianced. OEM Must have its own house NABL lab setup for all testing facilities for LED fixtures. (LM79/LM80) Certificate/report with viable warranty of product/accessories from OEM shall be submitted. Providing & Laying P.V.C. / X.L.P.E insulated & P.V.C. sheathed Armoured Aluminium cable conforming to IS:1554 Part-I / IS:7098 P -1 of 1.1 KV with H4-Grade electrolytic aluminium conductor conforming to IS 8130 of purity >99.6%, round / flat strip armouring of cables, Inner / outer sheath conforming to IS:5831 in existing RCC / Hume / Stoneware / PVC pipe / open duct/cable trench / Cable tray (with cable tie) including testing etc. as required for following size.
