Earthwork excavation for foundation with all leads and lifts in all soils and sub-soils and to the required depth as may be directed except hard rock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring, strutting and bailing out water wherever necessary refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth in layers of 150mm thick well consolidated, depositing the surplus earth in places shown and levelling the site with all leads and lifts etc., complete in all respects.

Supplying and filling in foundation and basement with filling sand in layers of 150mm thickness well watered rammed and consolidated complying with relevant standard specification including cost of supplying filling sand etc, complete as per standarad specification.

Cement concrete 1:5:10 (One of Cement and Five of sand Ten Stone jelly) for foundation using 40mm HBG Jelly inclusive of shoring strutting and bailing out water where ever necessary ramming curing etc., complete in respects complying with relevant Std, Sepcifications and as directed by the Department Officers..

Providing and laying Cut stone masonry work in Lime mortar 1:2 (One of lime and Two of Sand) Including cost and conveyance of cut stone all labour charges scaffolding etc., complete with standarad specification.

Providing and laying Cut stone masonry work in Lime mortar 1:2 (One of lime and Two of Sand) excluding cost and conveyance of cutstone but including all labour charges scaffolding etc., complete with standarad specification.

Brick jelly Lime Concrete 1:2:5 (One of lime and Two of sand Five brick jelly ) Using 40mm brick jelly including mixing, laying, curing , etc., complete in all respects complying with relevant standard specification and as directed by the department officers.

Brick work in Lime mortar 1:2 (One of lime and Two of sand )Using Wire cut bricks for Heritage works of size 9" X 4" X 2" including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges and all other incidental charges etc complete complying with standard specifications.

Plastering with Lime Mortar 1:1.5 (One of Lime and One and half sand)12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges, curing etc., complete complying with standarad specifications.

Painting two coats with approved water based exterior Emulsion over the cement plastered wall surface, ceiling and other new surface including clearing preparing the surface Curing in all floors including brushes etc., complete as per specificaitons.

Dismantling clearing away and carefully Stacking materials useful for reuse for any thickness of stone masonary in lime mortar etc., complete as per standarad specification.
