M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chrome primer all as specified and as directed.

The system includes final base preparation, epoxy primer application and applying Smart Care Ultron or approved equivalent in two coats at 1.2 Kg per Sqm etc complete as per Manufacturer specifications. Make : Asian Paints/Berger paints/Dulux paints/STP/Dr. Fixit Note : 1) Work to be carried out from authorised applicator only. 2) Work to be carried out above 14th floor incl Lift Wells. 3) Colour of each coat shall be as directed.
