Material and labour for Solid PVC Door Frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm prelaminated PVC sheet on both sides reinforced with M.S. Square tube, supplying and fixing in opening with wood grain printed PVC sheet used instead of Plain colour PVC Sheet and edges will be painted to match with printed sheet as per specification and drawing all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top and bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded prelaminated PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail and bottom rail on either side and as gap insert for top rail and bottom rail for fully gauzed panel of wire gauze in lieu of single side prelam PVC sheet panel.
