Laying of 33 kV 3x300 sq. mm XLPE cable D/C including digging of trench 1050 mm deep, 750 mm wide along with required material Sand (0.195 Cub/Mtr), Ist class bricks (26.25 Nos/Mtr), stone pad (2.2 Nos size 600x750x50 mm). The inter axial spacing between two cable should be in between 0.32 M to 0.40 M. (As per JE instruction) and back filling the trench by soil (All the material required for laying will be supplied by the contractor except 33 kV XLPE cable)

Hoisting of 33 kv 3x300 sq. mm XLPE Cable on D/P with GI Pipe dia 6" its jumpring complete with clamps , nuts and bolts .(All the material shall be provided by the contractor except33kv cables & O/D J/K. )as per RESSPO NORMS

Digging of pit of size 3x2x1 mtr. For making straight through joint 33KV work included filling of soil levelling and ramming of the same(ST/Th Providing by department )

High pressure testing of 33kv 3x300 sq.mm.XLPE cable .Testing equipment will be arranged by the contractor

Providing ,fixing & grouting of stone cable route marker on cable route .displaying feeder name, voltage & depth.(All the material shall be provided by the contractor) as per norms.

Fabrication & erection of 33 KV cable exposure type double pole with the provision of separate bus bar for each cable with fixing of necessary clamps and other accessories like danger board, number plate, barbed wire, 9 no. pin insulators with pins,2 no. channels 100x50 mm (1600mm each),1 no.MS channel 100x50 mm(3200mm in length) and 2 no.MS angle 65x65x6 mm (each 3200mm in length ) for supporting the hoisting of cable etc. Its jumpering by single core PVC aluminium cable with proper size of lug as per RESSPO norms.(All material to be arranged by contractor except PCC Pole, MS Channel, MS Angle, 33 KV Pin Insulator, 33 KV Pin with nut &PVC cable).

Grouting of PCC Pole in depth of 1/6th the length of pole in ratio 1:4:8 in cement sand and brick ballast and construction of pole plinth 300mm x 45mm above ground level in 1:2:4 in cement, coarse sand and stone grit as per RESSPO norms.

Earthing by way of boring and lowering of "B" Class GI pipe 50 mm dia from ground upto the water level(minimum 30 mtr. Deep )as per standard practice (All material shall be provided by the contractor except the supplied items )as per resspo norms.

Construction of plinth of size 2.0 mtr x 1.5 mtr x 0.9 mtr suitable for erection of upper structure for 33KV VCB including grouting of anchor bolts in proper alignment and level. Scope of work includes excavation of foundation base concreting in CC 1:6:12 (cement, fine sand & brick ballast ),1 st class brick work in cement mortar of ratio 1:4 CC in ratio 1:4:8 and RCC work in ratio 1:2:4 (cement coarse sand and stone grit of 20mm gauge ) as per RESSPO norms.

Installation of 33KV VCB- complete work including commissioning

FABRICATION ,ERECTION & GROUTING OF ISOLATOR STRUCTURE:- Fabrication of isolator structures 3.5 Mtr. In height as per drawing No. RES 39.Digging of two Nos.pits of size 1.075x0.9x0.3 Mtr. Providing stone pad at the bottom of the pit and grouting pad at the bottom of the pit and grouting of two legs of the isolator structure in CC (cement coarse sand and stone grit of 20m.m gauge)of the ratio 1:4:8 in block of 1.075 Mtrx0.3 mm including supply of all T&P complete in all respect. Both plinths of the isolator structure shall be properly finished with smoothening of edges.

Assembling and installation of line / bus isolator on the isolator structure , In case of line isolator proper operator of earth links shall also be insured. The work includes fabrication for proper flexing if required.

Fabrication & erection of L.A. & C.T. structure as per RESSPO Norms.(All material provided by the Contractor except steel material)

Installation of PT/CTs on the PT/CT structure along with PT/C.T. junction box .(junction box provided by contractor).

Assembling and installation/ Mounting of lightning arrestors on the L.A. Structure as per Resspo norms.

Shifting carefully & installation of 33KV single or Double feeder / transformer control panel in control room including its grouting and painting of Feeder/TF Name

Earthing of indoor/Outdoor equipment's & structures by means of M.S strip 50X6mm & connecting to pipe type earthing as per RESPO norms. Joints will be welded with high quality are welding.( All the material shall be provided by the contractor )as per RESPO norms

Fabrication & erection of cable stand with grouting & plinthing as per resspo norms .(steel material provided by department)

Construction of cable trench of size 300X300mm with cover.

Providing and Laying of following size Armoured copper ,control cable through underground /cable trench/trenching SGR interlinking through proper connections to transformer control panel/protection board /Battery and Batter Charger /Relays 33/11 KV Transformer junction box/ 33KV VCB, CT etc. as per conditions.

Providing & fixing of Control cable tray with cover (CT,PT, VCB & T/F etc) .(All the material shall be provided by the contractor) as per norms.

Painting of 33 kv feeder Name on the End type Double Pole/Cable Exposure/ Cable stand as per instruction of site engineer

Painting of all structures & equipment. (All materials shall be provided by the contractor ).as per RESSPO Norms.

Jumpering of all equipment in switch yard with Panther conductor P.G.clams & proper size aluminium lugs including stringing Bus bar.

Providing & fixing of connector for CT ,isolator etc.

Providing & Fixing of rubber mat 2x1 sq. mtr.

Plotting of cable layout route & providing the map (i.e. depth Undernet and distance from either side of prominent reference fixed points). The reference must be not more intervals of 100 meter.(All material shall be provided by the contractor) as per norms.

All earthing strip shall be painted by green color (All Material Shall be arranged by the contractor)

Return of Balance material including Cable Drum from site to store, including handling, loading, unloading, and transportation as per project requirements
