Excavation in trenches not exc 1.50 Metre wide and not exc 1.50 Metre depth for laying of UG Cable/Pole/Stays etc getting out in Soft/Loose Soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches, not exc. 1.50 Metre wide and exc. 1.50 Metre depth but not exc. 3.00 Metre in depth, for Foundation of Poles/ Stays, etc. and getting out in Soft/ Loose Soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, Filling in including Spreading, Leveling, Watering and Well Ramming in layers not exc. 25 Cm thick in Soils, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing Surplus soil to a distance not exc 50.00 Metre away and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.50 Metre above the Starting Point, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L clean dry river sand in trenches/ducts for cushioning to cable, 8 cm in depth before laying the cable and 15 cm in depth after laying the cable complete all as specified and directed. Note : Punned thick ness of sand shall be measyred and paid.

M & L Cement Concrete PCC 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate), type D2 as concrete in foundation of Poles and filling and mass concrete etc, including formwork (as if required), complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Cement Concrete PCC 1:3:6 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) type C2 as concrete in foundation of Poles and filling and mass concrete etc, including formwork (as if required), complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Cement Concrete PCC 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) type B2 as in coping of pole, for stays etc including form work & finishing the surfaces even & smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for prestressed concrete pole, 9.0 metres long, 102mm x 172mm at top and l2mm x 279mm at bottom,class 10 complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying unreinforced precast cement concrete cable covers, Class LV, Type- 1, Flat, size 250 mm x 150 mm x 40 mm in trenches for cable protection, embossed with "LT 1100 VOLTS ELECTRIC" on the top surface complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing GI Pipe light grade with all fittings for passing of cables fixed to pole / wall / laid under floor or roads including all fixing accessories complete for protection of cable of following sizes complete all as specified and directed. (a) 100 mm bore

(b) 80 mm bore

(c) 50 MM bore

S & F Cable route indicator / Marker made up of PCC Block in cement mortar 1:3:6 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregrate ) of size 900 x 300x 100 mm thick with DANGER / 440 VOLTS, LT CABLE /MES embossing on cable route Indicator / Marker including painting as per approved colour and buried in ground 45 Cms including necessary earth work ( as required / ordered at site) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for RS Joist pole galvanized of size150 mm x150 mm of 12 meter long with MS base plate 6mm thick and of size 300 x 300 welded to bottom of pole, fixing of cross arms, black & yellow colour at lower portion of exposed pole starting from plinth block band of 1200 mm height (4 Nos each Strip of 150 mm width), painting pole No by the black paint by stenciled letters/ figures of 8 cm height complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Earthwork, Cement Concrete, cross arms etc. will be measured and paid under approprite Items.

S & F pin type, polymer/ percelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 150 mm height, 150 mm dia for 11000 Volts grade complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Disc type insulator, polymer/porcelain, vitreous 145mm high and 255mm dia ball and socket type, white, brown or green, two in series for tension with tension clamps for conductors assembly, working pressure 11000 volts complete all as specified and directed. .

S & F Aluminium Conductor Steel Reinforced (ACSR) (sizes as ordered) with permissible Sags and providing Jumper etc, fixing on 12 Mtr Electric Poles and binding to Insulators with Aluminium Binding Wire as in OH Conductors including stringing, tightening etc, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Cost of Binding Wire is deemed to be included in the quoted Unit Rate.

M & L for galvanised steel wire 3.15 to 4 mm dia to be stringed as guarding to road crossing under the over head HT lines complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for Anti climbing spikes type fabricated out of MS flat of 50mm x 6mm in two parts with 14 Nos 230 mm long 12 mm dia spikes sharpened edge and including nut,bolts & washers and welding made to shape to suit the cross section of pole including two coat of first grade aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for Galvanized Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Stay Assembly complete with Accessories as show in Electrical Plate No. 1 of MES Schedule Part-I, diameter of Stay Rod 20 mm, size of Plate 230 x 230 x 6 mm complete all as specified and directed. Note: Earthwork, Cement Concrete, Mild Steel Stay Clamps with Bolts, Nuts, Stay Strand, Loop Insulator etc. will be measured and paid under approprite Items.

M&L stay stand of size 7/4.0 mm to keep the pole in true vertical position complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Loop Type Insulator Vitreous White, Brown or Green, large size with overall dimensions 90 mm x140 mm, clearance of hole 25.50 mm dia, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for HT, 25 x 20 cm size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply,laying, testing and commissionnig of UG HT cables, 11000 volts grade, 3 core x 95 sqmm (Earthed), XLPE insulated and PVC shealhed, steel wire armoured, with multi stranded aluminum conductor, heavy duty conforming to latest relevant IS, cables laid in trenches/ducts/under plinth floors passing through pipes etc, fixed on wall complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only for Chain link MS galvanisd fencing, any size or type complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for Mild steel gate with framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/ or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings, framework of water tanks and similar work, portions framed and hung gates, including pintle hinges, stops, hand-made sliding bolts etc as conforming to Fe.290, Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth not other wise described and applying two coats of synthatic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and providing sand cushioning with dry clean sand of 5 cm below the paver block complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block ISI marked, any shape and size of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade laid with grey cement & pigment complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4, type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggaregate in kerbs/ coping/ bed plates and like including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered complete with necessary use and waste to form work complete all as specified and directed.
